The Regency building is divided into apartments. This apartment is on the ground floor at the back. There is security intercom on the front door which is up a few steps

The Apartment

The apartment is all on one level. There is a long hall and from there you access the rooms. The kitchen has everything you need to self cater plus a washer/dryer and microwave. There is a small breakfast bar.

The living room has a dining table for four, large LCD tv with DVD player, a sofa and an armchair. Patio doors lead out to a small patio garden. Ideal if you are a smoker.

The bedroom is a small room and has a double bed. Please note there is no room for a travel cot.

The bathroom is contemporary and has a bath with a shower over it.
