​There are two bedrooms. One has a king size bed, the other has a double.


​Brunswick Apartment 2 is in a highly desirable area of Brighton and Hove. Brunswick Square has a large communal central garden area overlooking the sea and surrounded by grand Regency buildings all painted in traditional eggshell yellow. These buildings are now mostly converted into exclusive apartments and retain their elegant period features. This is not a standard holiday let where furnishings may have been chosen at random. Every piece of furniture and accessory has been carefully chosen to reflect a high quality vintage style which really suits the building.

The location is ideal as the beach is just a few steps away and the central shopping area of Western Road is close by in the other direction, A very practical home from home with everything you need close by. The apartment itself has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and the interior design and decor shows great attention to detail in all the styling and carefully chosen pieces. All together they create a calm and peaceful feel and the apartment has great views towards the sea and across the gardens.

Entrance

The entrance has secure intercom entry to the building and the communal areas are decorated to a high standard. The apartment is accessed via several flights of stairs so it would not be suitable for those who find stairs a problem.

Hallway

Once inside the front door of the apartment, a spacious hallway has doors leading from it to all the rooms. There are high ceilings and period features. Plush grey carpet is in the hallway and all the living areas.

Kitchen

The spacious kitchen is at the back of the property and is well equipped. The lighting, units and breakfast bar with designer stools make this an attractive, bright and practical room. There is a dishwasher, washer drier and everything you need in a home from home.

Master bedroom

The master bedroom is beautifully styled with designer wallpaper, pretty furnishings and vintage style lighting. Once again the natural stripped doors and pretty colours all add to the vintage feel. A spacious en suite bathroom has a traditional style bathroom suite with bath and shower attachment. The decor is in keeping with the age of the property and is beautifully done. There are vintage wardrobes and occasional furniture.

Second bedroom

The second bedroom is at the front and is smaller but a very pretty room indeed. Once again the furnishings and decor all reflect the vintage feel, all executed o a very high standard and quality. This room has a double bed. High ceilings, large sash windows and period features including a non working fireplace.

Bathroom

Across from the second bedroom is a bathroom which has a walk in shower.

Living room

The living room is a spacious and bright room. Large sash windows to the front afford views across the gardens and to the sea. There is a large L-shaped sofa which is very good quality and a comfortable place to sit and watch the flat screen television which has a built in DVD player. WiFi makes it a great place to work too. There is a vintage dresser, a hand painted dining table for four and lamps and accessories all in keeping with stylish interior design theme. Plush grey carpet feels comfortable underfoot and the room really does have a wonderfully homely feel.

  • As with all our properties smoking inside is strictly forbidden. This would not suit a smoker as the only outside area is outside the main entrance.

  • There is no parking with the property. Parking is by meter on the seafront or in a nearby car park. Parking can be expensive as you are in central Brighton. If you do have a car please ask us for advice if you are here longer term.
