A central and very highly regarded terrace location, this lower ground floor apartment has its own private entrance and a small patio at the front. Brunswick Apartment 1 is beautifully styled and is an excellent choice for a discerning executive looking for a short term let or equally for a family holiday. It has a spacious feel with two large reception rooms, high ceilings and wooden shutters on the windows.
The location is ideal for you to enjoy everything Brighton & Hove has to offer. The beach is just opposite and the Meeting Place Cafe on the seafront is an ideal place to sit and look out to see whilst enjoying a morning coffee. If you have children nearby is the beach play area with a children’s paddling pool. It is a lower ground floor property but there are large sash windows to the front where there is a small private patio.
The apartment has its own private entrance accessed via gates and down some steps to the small front patio where there is a table and a couple of chairs. Through the front door there is a small hallway which leads into the first main reception room.
Kitchen /dining room
The first reception room is very spacious and has large sash windows to the front with original wooden shutters. The room is used as a dining room and there is a table for four. There is also a built in desk/study area and a leather sofa. Just to the side behind a wall is the galley style kitchen which has everything you need to self cater. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. White walls with one feature wall of designer wallpaper and wooden floors, make this a great space to eat, chat, or even work at the very practical desk area.
The living room is another spacious room at the front of the apartment and is beautifully styled. The furniture and accessories are of very good quality. There are large sash windows to the front with wooden shutters and a pretty window seat. There are two very comfortable sofas, a large LCD TV with Freeview channels and a DVD player. There is WiFi. A great place to relax after a busy day.
Going through to the back of the apartment…
The Master bedroom is large and has built in wardrobes. There is plenty of room for a travel cot which we can provide if you tell us at the time of booking. Designer wallpaper, carpet flooring and gorgeous lighting.
The second bedroom is smaller and has a double bed which is between the built in wardrobes. Designer wallpaper and beautiful styling once again. Please note there is no window in this room.
The family bathroom is spacious and in a contemporary white style. It has a bath with a shower over it and his and hers basins.

- As with all properties smoking is not permitted but you may smoke outside on the private patio.
- There is no allocated parking with this property. Parking is by meter on the seafront. If you are here for a longer period and need to bring a car please ask us for advice. Whilst you are here a car is not necessary as shops and everything Brighton has to offer is within easy walking distance.
- If you require a travel cot and high chair please ask us about those at the time of booking. We do not provide bedding for travel cots.
- A small well behaved dog may be permitted, please confirm this at the time of booking.
