Stylish and spacious apartment
A fantastic three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms spanning three floors of a beautiful seafront building. Inside white walls are beautifully offset with dark wood flooring and huge sash windows fill the apartment with light. This would be perfect for a weekend break with friends or family holiday. The location couldn't be better with the beach just across the road and the town really close too. The owners have taken care to create a very comfortable and stylish holiday home for you to enjoy.

The top floor master bedroom has a huge superking bed and there’s room for a travel cot. The first floor bedroom has zip and link beds so it can be a king size bed or a twin room. This is next to the shower room. The ground floor bedroom has two zip and link beds so it can be arranged as a double or twin room and it can also accommodate a cot bed.
Although this is an apartment it feels like a house (or a Tardis!) because it actually has three floors. You enter the grand communal hallway of the block and can either take a lift or walk to the entrance to the apartment which is on the first floor. Inside the apartment imediately to the right there are stairs down to bedroom three. Carry on the hallway and the lounge is on the left with huge sash windows offereing oblique views to the sea. On the other side of the hallway is the stairs up to the master bedroom.
Next to the lounge is the kitchen/diner again with huge windows and then along a corridor to the right is the bathroom and then next to this the shower room and next to this at the end is the remaining bedroom which has a double bed. It’s a great apartment for a weekend away with friends or a family holiday. Ideal for those with mobility issues too because there is a lift and there is one bedroom and bathroom on the same floor as the living areas.
Hallway
The hallway has wooden floors and white walls and a book case full of books.
The Lounge
The lounge has two sofa beds and an LCD tv with freeview and a dvd player. It is stylishly accessorised and has large sash windows.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater and and has a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a dining table with benches that can comfortably seat eight people.
The Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms. the master bedroom is up one flight of stairs and has a huge superking bed. The second bedroom is down one flight of stiars and can be a twin room or a room with a king size bed. The third bedroom is on the same level as the living area and again can be configured as a twin or a king size bed.
The Bathrooms
The bathrooms are next to each other on the middle floor next to bedroom three. Both are stylish and contemporary. There is a wet room with a fabulous rainfall shower and a separate bathroom with a bath with a shower over it.
White bed linen and towels are provided.
All utility costs are included in the price.
There is internet access at the property.
Parking is by meter on the seafront just across the road.
Pets are not accepted at this property.
This property would not suit smokers as there is no outside area. Smoking is only permitted outside the front of the building.
