​Britannia Apartment 2 is a perfect choice for a holiday or executive here for work. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, free allocated parking for one car and a balcony with direct south facing views over the harbour. Neutral decor, parquet flooring and colour co-ordinated accessories all make this a fantastic home from home with a welcoming feel. Peaceful, practical, stylish and excellent value. It is on the second floor in a quiet location but with amenities all around.


​There are two bedrooms. One has a king size bed and the other has a room which can be a twin or a king as they are high quality hotel standard zip and link beds.

​Britannia Apartment 2 is a two bedroom, two bathroom second floor apartment on Brighton Marina. A great location as it’s quiet and has direct balcony views out onto the harbour. A perfect place to sit and relax with an early morning coffee or a chilled sundowner. Brighton Marina is a perfect place for holiday as there are restaurants, cafes and entertainment galore all around, plus a superstore for food shopping just at the end of the marina.

Ideal too if you need a longer term executive let as the free allocated parking space is a rarity in Brighton and makes it really practical.


There is security intercom entrance on the main door to the block and then the apartment is on the second floor.

Living room

A bright south facing room with a lounge area and dining area. Furnished to a high standard with leather sofas and dining table for four plus real wood sideboards. Neutral decor with parquet flooring and carefully chosen accessories make this a welcoming home from home. There is an LCD Smart television, BluRay player and WiFi.


The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect in a home. There is a fridge/ freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. It is decorated in a white contemporary style.


There are two bathrooms. The Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom which has a shower enclosure. The family bathroom has jack and jill doors and can be accessed form the hallway and form the second bedroom. This bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. Both bathrooms are modern and stylish.


The Master bedroom has a king size bed, a wardrobe, drawer unit and bedside tables all in matching beech. There is an LCD tv in this room also.The room is beautifully accessorised in burnt orange colours and is south facing. The en suite bathroom is a shower room.

The second bedroom can be configured as a twin room or a king. The beds are high quality hotel standard orthopaedic zip and link. Please tell us at the time of booking if you would like a twin room or king bed. This room also has a wardrobe and side tables. the family bathroom can be accessed form this room.


The balcony is a real feature and patio doors lead out from the living room. It is south facing with uninterrupted views of the harbour. Very peaceful to sit out, catch some rays and relax and unwind. there is a table and two chairs.

  • If you require a high chair or travel cot please ask at the time of booking.
