This is a spacious, elegant and really delightful apartment on the third floor of a Regency seafront mansion block. There are stunning uninterrupted sea views from the living room and master bedroom. A wonderful home from home with high quality furnishings and all the rooms are very spacious and bright. This would be an excellent choice for an executive who needs a serviced apartment or for a small family who need a holiday apartment.

There are two bedrooms each with a king size bed.
This really is Brighton living at its best. A spacious, beautifully decorated apartment, furnished and equipped to a very high standard and offering a superb home from home. Stunning, uninterrupted views of the sea and Brighton Pier in the distance.
The beach is just across the road and the apartment is on Marine parade in the Kemp Town district of Brighton. The area has a village feel with independent grocers, butchers, delis, book shops, quality vintage stores, cafes and gastro pubs, yet it’s still not far to walk into central Brighton.
The apartment is decorated in cream throughout and has plush cream carpeting. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and there is free parking in the shared car park for the block. This operates on a first come first served basis for all residents.
Entrance
The entrance to the mansion block itself is impressive with security entry phone leading into a hotel style lobby with high ceilings, a chandelier and an expansive hallway. There is a small lift which gives access to the third floor where the apartment is situated. (Please note if the lift is undergoing maintenance we cannot be held responsible and you would have to use the stairs.)
Hallway
The hallway into the apartment is wide and spacious.
Kitchen
Off the hallway is the kitchen which is very spacious and has high quality wooden units. There is a dining table which extends to seat 4 four in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need in a home from home and has a washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Living room
The living room is another spacious room with windows overlooking the sea. There are two contemporary leather sofas, an LCD tv, DVD player and there’s Wi-Fi in the apartment. This is a very calming, comfortable room and a perfect place to relax after a busy day.
Master bedroom
The master bedroom is another very spacious room with uninterrupted sea views. There is a king size bed and fitted wardrobe. There is a large en suite bathroom with a double size walk in shower and a bath.
Second bedroom
The second bedroom is another spacious room with a king size bed and fitted wardrobes.
Family bathroom
The family bathroom is just outside the second bedroom and has a bath and a walk in shower unit.

- If you are staying for a longer period and would like a cleaner every week this can be arranged at additional cost.
- All utility costs are included.

- There is no smoking allowed in the apartment and there is no outside area.
- There is a car park for this mansion block just outside the front entrance. There are no allocated spaces but parking is on a first come first served basis for residents in the block. We are not responsible if you cannot find a parking space. You must clearly display a note inside your car stating which apartment you are staying in. Other parking is on the seafront by meter.
