This two bedroom, two bathroom self catering apartment is truly stunning. A holiday home with designer wallpapers, contemporary fittings and luxurious comfort. With a large decked terrace there are fabulous views to the distant sea in one direction and over the rooftops to hills in the other. Close to the Laines and Brighton station, this quiet and secure apartment has everything you need all around and offers a fantastic place to stay while you are in Brighton for work or leisure.

There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed.
This apartment really has it all and would be an ideal choice for anyone coming to Brighton for work, rest or play! The largest apartment in this contemporary Eco development, it has a porter, secure entry and a lift…almost like being in a very large and luxurious hotel suite!
The large decked terrace is a fantastic place to have al fresco meals or sunbathe and offers amazing views across the rooftops and beyond. The apartment itself is very stylishly decorated and furnished and offers every home comfort.
The location is ideal as it is quiet and yet very close to the North Laines and Brighton mainline train station. There are coffee shops, restaurants and a Sainsbury’s nearby making it very practical too.
The apartment is the largest in this award winning Eco development. Beautifully finished and decorated, it has wooden floors in the main living areas and white walls are contrasted with feature walls with contemporary designer wallpapers. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The entrance to the building has a secure intercom entry system and then in the lobby there is a porter, contemporary furniture and lifts to each level. The apartment is on level seven.
The Living Area
Through a hallway with an oak sideboard and funky wallpaper, you then enter the main living area which is in three defined sections. There is real wood flooring throughout. The most stunning aspect of this large room is the huge doors that lead onto the terrace.
The sitting room has two excellent quality comfortable sofas and a pouffe and has a wall mounted large LCD tv, dvd and Wi-fi. The dining area has a funky, contemporary dining table, designer wallpaper and can seat six.
The high gloss white kitchen has everything you need to self cater, including a dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer…even a bread maker!
The decked terrace is large and offers amazing views. There is a table and chairs for six and this really is the perfect place to sit out and relax in the evening with a glass of wine or to enjoy an al fresco breakfast.
The Master bedroom has an extra large, very good quality king size bed, bespoke built in wardrobes and a wall mounted tv for those lazy mornings or late night films! Bold designer wallpaper and sumptuous cream carpet. There is a contemporary, fully tiled shower room en suite.
The second bedroom has a very comfortable double bed that can be hidden away in the bespoke wall unit if it is not required. This is ideal if you need the second bedroom for a cot for a young baby. We can provide travel cots if you arrange this with us before. (Please note the apartment may not be suitable for a toddler or young child who may climb, because of the terrace.) There is also a built in desk area with shelves which offers the ideal place to work. This room also has designer wallpaper and a soft cream carpet.
The family bathroom is spacious and has a bath with a shower over it. It is fully tiled with a contemporary, white suite.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
All utility costs are included.
There is Wi-fi.
There is no allocated parking but just across the road from the apartment block there are car parks for Brighton station where you can park and pay via your mobile phone. You will not need a car while you are in Brighton and as this is so close to the train station we would recommend you use public transport. If you are staying for a very long period and need parking we may be able to help you source a cheaper long term option nearby.
Although near to the station the apartment is not close enough to be disturbed by trains. The apartment is a few streets away from the train station and the whole apartment is on the east side of the building. Sainsbury’s and shops are all very close by making it very practical for food shopping.
As with all our properties there is no smoking permitted in the apartment but you may smoke on the roof terrace.
