Pretty house in a central location

A beautifully presented holiday cottage in a central location. Situated just a few hundred metres from the West Pier seafront and very close to The Brighton Centre; ideal if you need to be in town for a conference or want to see a show. This truly is a perfect holiday spot near to the beach and with restaurants and nightlife within walking distance all around you. The living area is spacious and there is a pretty courtyard garden.


There is a superking size bed in the master bedroom. Twin beds are in the second bedroom but it can also be arranged as a double. Although for four the house can accommodate more if required. Please ask for details. There is a sofa bed in the lounge that can accommodate an additional two people. There are two cube beds which can be used in the living room or moved easily to a bedroom.

The property has been stylishly decorated and refurbished to a high standard with quality furniture, fixtures and fittings in a traditional style. We provide everything for a home from home.


A very comfortable and homely room with quality leather sofas, lamps and accessories. There is a beautiful feature fireplace – perfect for a cosy family Christmas! The LCD tv has freeview channels and there is a dvd and cd player. The property has wireless broadband. There is a dining table with six leather dining chairs and French doors leading out onto the courtyard garden.

The Kitchen

Leading off from the lounge/diner is a traditional country style kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and everything you need to self cater. A window overlooks the courtyard garden and a door at the end leads outside.


At the top of the stairs is a beautifully finished bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle.

Next to the bathroom is an alcove that is a perfect storage area for luggage or a travel cot.

The Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is spacious and can easily accommodate a travel cot or cube bed. It has a superking bed but can also be arranged as a twin room.

Bedroom 2

In the photos bedroom two is shown arranged as a twin but it can also be made up as a king size bed as all the beds in the house are orthopaedic zip and link as used in top hotels. Both bedrooms are decorated neutrally and to a high standard. Both rooms have soft lighting, quality bed linen and towels. There are good quality fitted wardrobes in both.

  • Crisp, white bed linen and white towels are included. If you are staying for longer period and would like the property cleaned regularly during your stay we can also arrange this for you at additional cost.
  • All electricity and gas costs are included. The property has gas central heating.
  • If you would like a cleaner whilst you are staying at the property we can arrange this for you.
  • Smoking is not permitted at the property but you can of course smoke outside on the patio.
  • There is WiFi at the property.
