Fantastic central apartment offering excellent value
This couldn’t be more central! A pretty one bedroom apartment in a highly regarded road with quaint seaside coloured cottages. Excellent value and close to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is beautifully furnished to make it a very comfortable home from home and would be ideal for a couple looking for a week away or for an executive who needs somewhere central for work.

The master bedroom has a super king sized bed but it can also be arranged as a twin. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge.
The property has its own private entrance at street level; a set of stairs then lead up to the apartment itself.
The modern white kitchen has everything you need to self cater and has a washing machine a dish-washer and microwave. There is a dining table for four making it a very sociable place to cook and chat. There is a high chair at the property.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it and stylish Victorian style fittings. There is a separate WC making it practical if four people stay.
The bedroom is very spacious and has a super king sized bed but it can also be arranged as a twin room if you prefer. There is plenty of room for a travel cot. It has a Victorian fireplace, a beautiful wardrobe and an oak chest of drawers. There are large sash windows and the room has a very calm, romantic feel to it.
The landing area has a very practical large storage cupboard where you can store your suitcases.
The spacious lounge has a sofa bed and two armchairs and can comfortably seat four. There is an LCD tv with Freeview channels, a dvd player and also a computer desk…perfect if you are here for work. There is Wi-Fi at the property and a telephone for incoming calls. There is a Victorian fireplace and large sash windows with bespoke blinds. Lamps, cushions and accessories have all been carefully co-ordinated to create a traditional, warm and stylish feel to the room.
Crisp, white bed linen and white towels are included. If you are staying for longer period and would like the property cleaned regularly during your stay we can also arrange this for you at additional cost.
All gas/electricity and utility costs are included in your rental cost.
As with most of our properties in central Brighton there is no allocated parking. Parking is by meter or at an NCP car park a 10 minute walk away. For guests who are here for long stays of several weeks we may be able to rent a parking space for you nearby. Please ask about this.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
