Pretty seaside house

This very pretty seaside house has the beach at the end of the road and is just a short walk from the famous Brighton Palace Pier and central Brighton. The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms and has been decorated and furnished to create a perfect home from home for you to enjoy. Situated in the heart of Kemp Town with it’s vintage shops, lovely tea rooms and great pubs. Perfect for a weekend break or we can offer excellent deals for families or people here for work Mon-Fri.


There are ten single beds. All the beds are zip and link so can be configured as doubles if required. Please note in two of the rooms the beds although not zipped together are very close and are therefore more like doubles. There is a z bed in one of the bedrooms. There are three sofa beds in the lounge which sleep one person on each. There is an extra cube bed if someone prefers to sleep upstairs.

This is a four bedroom, two bathroom house decorated beautifully with accessories and colour co-ordinated schemes to make you feel completely at home.The Regency style house spans five floors, is very close to the beach and not far from central Brighton too.

The Lounge

The lounge is a large room which naturally divides itself into two areas. At the far end there is a corner sofa which is also a sofa bed. In the main part of the lounge there is an original fireplace (non-working) and a wall mounted 60inch LCD tv with Freeview, a DVD player and WiFi. A French shabby chic style dresser is an additional focal point and the lounge has lamps, cushions and accessories, creating a really comfortable home from home. There are two additional sofas which are also sofa beds.

The Kitchen

From the lounge are stairs that lead down to the kitchen/diner. This has a dining table where 14 people can comfortably sit down for dinner, with a large dining table that seats 10 as well as a fold out table to seat an additional 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to self cater, but with great gastro pubs and all the restaurants in Brighton you may never feel the need. Please ask if you would like restaurant recommendations, we’re happy to help! There is a dishwasher, washer/dryer, range style cooker, fridge /freezer, microwave etc. There is an additional cloakroom on this level.

First Floor

On the first floor there are two bedrooms. One has two single beds and a z bed. Please note the single beds are together in an alcove and have very little space between them, so although they are singles they do give the impression of a double bed. If you would like the beds zipped together with a king size duvet please specify at the time of booking. The second bedroom on this level is cream and gold and has the same configuration with two single beds together in an alcove with little space between them. There is a cube bed in this room which can be laid out on the floor or moved to another bedroom if one of your friends, or a family member, doesn’t wish to sleep in the lounge on a sofa bed. Outside on the landing there is a spacious area with an additional mirror next to the window.

Second Floor

On the second floor there is a large bedroom with three single beds. The room can be configured as a double and a single, so please specify if you need a double bed at the time of booking. The room has turquoise accessories. There is a bathroom next to this bedroom with a three quarter length bath with a shower over it.

Third Floor

On the top floor of the house is another large bedroom with three single beds. Again, these are zip and link beds so please inform us if you would prefer a double. There is an en suite bathroom with a shower.

  • All bedlinen and towels are included.
  • All utility costs are included.
  • There is WiFi.
  • There is no parking at the property but you can park by meter on the seafront road. Everything is close by so a car is not really necessary. We would always recommend, where possible, people travel by public transport to get to Brighton.
  • As with all our properties smoking is not permitted in the house. You may smoke in the area of the outside stair well at the front of the house outside the front kitchen door. Please note this is a very small area.
  • This house is unsuitable for those who find stairs difficult.
