Part of a Classic Regency building, this rear top floor apartment is situated in an elegant square on the Kemp town part of Brighton seafront. Moments from bars and cafes and a short walk along the seafront to Brighton Pier. A perfect location for a stay in Brighton. Excellent value for money and particularly suitable for people who need an apartment for a few weeks due to work commitments.

There is one double bed in the master bedroom and in the second bedroom there is a single bed with a pull out bed under it so it can be arranged as a twin room or another double room. There is also a cube bed in the lounge so the property can sleep five, however this cube bed is only for very occasional use and the property would be small for five people for any period of time.
A perfectly formed, neat, small two bedroom apartment at the rear of a beautiful Regency building. Tastefully and neutrally decorated. This offers great value and would especially suit someone who needs to stay for several weeks.
The Lounge/Kitchen/Diner
This open plan room is neutrally decorated, furnished with an extendable dining table, a sofa and a cube that folds out into a bed for very occasional use. There is an LCD tv, dvd player and CD player and there is wireless broadband. The contemporary kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you need should you wish to self cater. There is a washer/dryer and microwave.
