There is one double bed.
The apartment is on the raised ground floor of a Regency building and has high ceilings and a beautiful fireplace with a real flame effect fire. This home has been decorated in neutral tones and is furnished stylishly with high quality furniture, lamps and accessories, making a very comfortable home from home. The lounge has a very warm and welcoming feel to it.
There is broadband and a large LCD and dvd player.
The Lounge
The lounge has a warm and welcoming feel to it. The large sash windows offer views to the sea and the feature fireplace creates a grand focal point. There is a 42 inch LCD HD tv with freeview and a dvd player. There is a comfortable sofa and a mix of accessories to make this not just a bland place to stay but a really comfortable home. There is a desk area next to the window which is great if you need somewhere to work during your stay.
The Bedroom
Original sash doors divide the space between the lounge and the bedroom which has a window to the rear. A comfortable place to relax and with contemporary and period pieces to create an ambient feel.
The Kitchen
The stylish and contemporary kitchen is at the back of the apartment has good quality units and has a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. There is a washing machine. (As with all our properties we can arrange for hot organic meals and desserts, drinks, snacks and dvds to be delivered to your door…so you can have a dinner party without the effort!)
Bathroom
There is a contemporary bathroom with a bath with a shower over it.
Crisp white bedlinen and towels are provided. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for a weekly clean for an additional cost.
Parking is by meter on the seafront just across the road.
