This stylish one bedroom apartment in Bedford Towers offers a super holiday let in a great location. Situated above the Holiday Inn on Brighton seafront it really is like having your own very large hotel suite at a fraction of the cost. Stunning views of the sea and beach from the balcony and kitchen, and the apartment is beautifully presented throughout. An ideal choice for an executive, couple or small family.

Description

There is one bedroom with a king size bed but there is a small room divider which cuts off a little dressing area with wardrobes and a single bed. Ideal for a couple with a child.

(Please note the single bed is not in a separate room, there is just a screen divider.)


Bedford towers is a well regarded block and is above the Holiday Inn on Brighton seafront. The apartment is on the 8th floor and there is lift access for residents either from the hotel lobby or from the block entrance to the side of the building. You could have breakfast in the hotel or drinks in the hotel bar in the evening and it’s just like retiring to your very own extra large hotel suite but at a fraction of the price!

The location is very central and the beach is just opposite the block with sea views from the balcony and kitchen which face west.

Shops and entertainment is close by and it is ideal if you are in Brighton for a conference. Waitrose is also just a short walk away.

The apartment is beautifully presented and is modern and spacious. There is wooden flooring and white walls throughout plus a contemporary kitchen and bathroom. The furnishings are very modern and have accents of colour which make this a really super stylish apartment. A great choice for an executive who needs a home from home or for a family holiday. If you have a younger child it is ideal because there is a children’s beach play area and paddling pool just opposite.

Entrance

There is lift access from the hotel lobby or from the side entrance of the block where there is a porter.

Hallway

The hallway of the apartment is spacious and has wooden flooring as does the rest of the apartment. Glass double doors lead to the living area.

Living room/dining room

The living room is spacious and there is a dining table at one end and a lounge area at the other end. the dining table is contemporary and seats four. The sofa is an L-shaped sofa and faces the high gloss white sideboard and large LCD tv and there’s also a DVD player. The apartment has WiFi. Doors open to the balcony which has a side view of the beach and sea. a stunning view.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a good size with contemporary units. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave and it is fully equipped with everything you need in a home from home. There is a tumble dryer in the hall cupboard.

Bathroom

A contemporary and very neat bathroom with a bath with a shower over it.

Bedroom

The bedroom is very spacious and has a king size bed and a room divider screen which separates a dressing area with fitted wardrobes, where there is also a single bed. (Please note this is not a separate bedroom.) If you require a travel cot and high chair, please ask at the time of booking.

Please be aware there is a balcony and care should be taken if you have toddlers or children who might climb.
