Gorgeous house next to seafront
A very pretty seaside house with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a very large kitchen/dining room. Just a few metres from the famous Brighton seafront, this house is in a perfect location. It's in the fashionable Kemp Town district yet not far from the Palace Pier and all that the town has to offer. This house would be ideal for a group of friends looking for a weekend away together or would equally be fantastic for a family mid- week break

There is one fixed double bed. Two single beds but these are zip and link so you could have a second double bed if you wanted to. There are three sets of bunk beds which are suitable for adults. There is a trundle bed under one of the bunk beds giving an additional bed. There are 2 sofa beds in the lounge so it can accommodate four people. There are also 2 cube beds which fold out onto the floor. These can be moved to whichever room you wish.
The house spans four floors and has recently been completely redocorated and furnished to a high standard. There are designer wallpapers and colour co-ordinated accessories which create a stylish and very comfortable home from home. The location is fantastic. Kemp Town itself has some great pubs, restaurants, independent food stores and gift shops, as well as antique and retro stores and a wonderful tea room. It is still really close to town and all the beach is just across the road.
Ground Floor
The lounge has an L-shaped sofa bed, another sofa bed and some other retro style seating. The room has sumptuous grey carpet, designer wallpaper and has been carefully styled to create a relaxing environment. There is an LCD tv with freeview and a dvd player. This room can sleep four people on the sofa beds.
There is a bathroom on the ground floor which has a bath with a shower over it.
Lower Ground Floor
The lower ground floor has open riser stairs leading down to it. It is a really spacious area with a 3 metre dining table that can seat 8-10 people with a reclaimed Church pew one side and a long bench the other. There are also two chairs, one at each end. There is a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and a separate utility room with an additional sink and a washing machine. The kitchen has everything you need to self cater and is attractively styled with mosaic tiles and shabby chic pieces of furniture.
First Floor
On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. Bedroom 1 has a bunk bed with an additional pull out trundle bed. It can accommodate three people and there is a cube bed which may also be used here or moved to another bedroom. Bedroom 2 is a quirky shaped double room with a fixed double bed.
Second Floor
On the second floor there are two bedrooms; and another bathroom. Bedroom 3 is a small room with bunk beds. Bedroom 4 is a large room with two single beds and a set of bunk beds. The twin beds can be made into a king size bed if required making this an ideal family room. There is an ensuite bathroom which has a bath with a shower over it.
All the bedrooms have pretty wallpapers and co-ordinated accessories. The bathrooms have white tiles and white suites with Victorian style taps. All the bedrooms have their own hairdryers.
- Crisp, white bedlinen and one towel per person are provided. Bed linen is provided for all the sofa beds and additional beds, also. Please mention at the time of booking if you require the single beds to be made up as a double bed.
- All gas and utility costs are included.
- Parking is by meter on the seafront which is nearby at the end of the road.
- Smoking is not permitted in the property.
