Funky holiday home just a pebble throw from the sea

A four storey classic holiday home, just a pebble throw from the sea! It is in the heart of the fashionable and bohemian Kemp Town district. A great location, just a few minutes walk to the Palace Pier and within easy walking distance of restaurants, nightlife and all that Brighton has to offer. The house sleeps 8 people and has been designed, decorated and furnished to a high standard.

Description

Bedroom 1 is a twin room with zip and link beds so it can also be a double. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and has an additional cube bed. There are two sofa beds in the lounge. Please note the bedrooms have changed since the photographs were taken and the third bedroom has a double bed but is to the same decorative standard. (New photo of third bedroom coming soon.)


This is a pretty home from home with feature wallpapers and accessories. The house is in a great location close to shops,cafes, restaurants and the beach. There are three bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and a contemporary high gloss fully equipped kitchen. There is WiFi at the property.

Ground Floor

At street level you enter the living room area two sofa beds, LCD television with Sky channels and wireless broadband. To the rear of the room there is a dining area that has an extending table that can accommodate 10. The room is very stylishly decorated, has walnut wood flooring and has been furnished with attention to detail, making it a very comfortable place to relax while everyone gets ready before heading out into Brighton!

Lower Ground Floor

On the lower ground floor there is a contemporary kitchen that has high gloss white units, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and everything you need to self cater. With so many restaurants and cafes all around you’ll probably never need to use the kitchen though!

Top two floors

Stairs lead to the first floor and bedroom 1 which has a designer wallpaper and is a twin room. It can also be arranged as a double; please specify at the time of booking if you would prefer this.This room has its own en suite shower and loo. Next to this is a beautifully finished family bathroom. This has mosaic tiling, a double his and hers sink unit and a bath with an overhead shower.

Up another flight of stairs to the eaves of the house and there are two more bedrooms, one twin and one double room which also has a cube bed for an additional person. Both are pretty rooms with designer wallpaper and attractive oak beams. (Please note bedroom 3 has changed since the photo was taken. It is still to the same decorative standard. New photo coming soon.)

All the bedrooms have storage and cupboard space and each room has its own hairdryer.

  • Crisp, white bed linen and white towels are included. If you are staying for longer period and would like the property cleaned regularly during your stay we can also arrange this for you at additional cost.
  • All electricity and gas costs are included. The property has gas central heating.
  • There is WiFi.
  • Parking is by meter on the nearby seafront. Everything is so close you do not need a car for your stay. It may be easier to park in a free zone and taxi in if you do need to travel to Brighton by car. Ask for advice.
  • There is no smoking allowed inside the property which is a policy with all our homes. You may of course smoke outside the front door.
  • There is no access to the back patio except in an emergency.
