Beach View is a seafront facing apartment on the 4th floor corner of a Regency building. Beautifully finished and offering a high level of comfort, the apartment is ideal for an executive and is also close to Brighton College and the Royal Sussex Hospital. The apartment has outstanding views of the beach and pier from the three lounge windows, the kitchen and from the Georgian bow fronted window in the bedroom. In fact the only room without a sea view is the bathroom!
The property is elegantly styled with furniture which has been carefully selected from famous 20th Century designers including Eames, Philip Starck, Wales and Wales and Vintage G plan. Beach View is decorated to a very high standard with contemporary, neutral tones throughout, natural wool carpets and ceramic tiling. Accents of colour have been introduced through an eclectic mix of original artwork from a private collection of the owner. The art displayed in the apartment is as interesting as the bohemian Kemp Town village with its independent shops, vintage markets and gastro pubs, all just a short walk away.
The apartment has heating controlled by a Nest system, providing intuitive, simple control during your stay. A 40inch Smart 3D TV with Superfast Fibre Broadband for streaming films or gaming, plus a Bluetooth soundbar to stream from your smartphone or tablet, plus a 3D Bluray player all create an exceptionally well equipped home for you to enjoy.
The room has been zoned for comfortable dining, working and relaxing and mood and task lighting has been carefully chosen to differentiate the three areas. An L-shaped chaise sofa, Eames lounger and ottoman create a great space to relax and enjoy the entertainment system. The Wales and Wales dining table with four Eames chairs and G plan sideboard is an elegant space for dining. Then there is a work space, with a sleek desk and Starck Kartell chair, perfect for paperwork or browsing your laptop.

The quality, contemporary kitchen has been carefully fitted and includes everything you need to self cater. There is a Halogen cooker, dishwasher, frost-free fridge freezer, microwave dishwasher and washer/drier. There’s also a Tassimo coffee machine with pods easily available at supermarkets. LED mood lighting creates a relaxing ambience to prepare a meal.
The separate double bedroom with it’s original Georgian bow window (including sea view) has been elegantly finished to provide a very comfortable nights sleep. With a premium quality double bed and mattress, plenty of storage and drawers and a large, built in double wardrobe with floor to ceiling mirrored doors. There is room for a travel cot or Cube bed if you have a young child staying, please ask at the time of booking if you require this.
Just across from the bedroom is the beautifully designed bathroom. Finished to a very high standard with a walk-in rainfall shower, large heated towel rail, vanity unit with integral shelf and storage cupboards for your products. A large LED-illuminated demisting mirror finishes the bathroom design perfectly.
