The Avalon is in the heart of Brighton, close to the beach and not far from the train station too. It’s the perfect property whether your visit is for business or pleasure.

Description

There are two bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has superior hotel standard zip and link twin beds so it can be either a king or a twin room.


In the heart of Brighton, very close to the beach you will find tucked away this modern complex of superior apartments. It’s also very close to The Brighton Centre so it’s perfect if you are here for a conference. The Avalon Apartment is a premier apartment, ideal for a discerning guest who is looking for a contemporary and beautifully styled home. It’s spacious and also has the highly sought after bonus of a free, secure underground parking space.

Entry gates lead you to a secure underground car park where a space is allocated for you. Up some stairs and the very large landscaped courtyard has secure entry phone doors to the various apartments. This particular apartment is a duplex apartment on the ground floor so it feels like a house. It enjoys a private courtyard garden overlooking the other courtyard and it also has a good size balcony on the first floor leading from the Master bedroom.

Hallway

The communal areas of the block are modern and welcoming and the entrance to the apartment is on the ground floor along a corridor. The hallway of the apartment itself is spacious and there is a large downstairs cloakroom and WC. Quality wooden flooring is throughout the ground floor.

Living area/ kitchen

A very large open plan room with lots of windows and doors out onto a private terrace. The kitchen is contemporary and sleek and has every modern convenience including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and built in microwave. Fully equipped as a home from home. Next to this is a stylish dining table.

The other side of this large room has the comfortable and beautifully furnished lounge area. There is a wall mounted Smart TV with Freeview and a BluRay player. There is WFi. Two large and very comfortable leather sofas make this a great place to relax after a busy day. The whole room is beautifully finished with lamps and accessories to make you feel really at home.

The Bedrooms

The stairs and bedrooms are all carpeted in plush cream carpets. The Master Bedroom is very spacious, has a king size bed and built in wardrobes and doors out onto a balcony. There is an en suite bathroom with a double size walk in shower. All beautifully tiled in travertine tiles and with a contemporary suite.

The second bedroom is another spacious room with superior hotel standard zip and link twin beds so it can also be configured as a king if necessary. Again there are built in wardrobes and beautiful wooden drawers.

Family Bathroom

The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over it and is again finished to a high standard with high quality contemporary fittings.

Please note in the very unlikely event that another resident illegally parks in your allocated space we cannot be held liable for any additional parking fees you may temporarily incur. Conversely, if you mistakenly park in the wrong place we cannot be liable for any fine.

  • As with all our properties smoking is not permitted inside the apartment but you may smoke on the private patio.
  • Pets are not accepted at this property.
  • If you require a travel cot or high chair please ask at the time of booking so ones can be allocated. We do not provide cot bedding.
