Neat apartment in a great location
This is a two bedroom apartment in the fashionable Kemp Town area of Brighton. The owner has taken great care to create a traditional and homely apartment which would be a perfect choice for an executive who needs a base whilst here for work or for a small family or friends who are here for a holiday. The beach is at the end of the road and the town is a short walk away. It is on the second floor of a Regency building and is close to the Palace Pier.

There are two double beds.
Just at the end of the road there are fantastic tea shops, antique and retro shops to explore plus lots of local independent shops such as a deli, a grocers, an award winning butcher etc. There are great local pubs that serve food plus some good restaurants within a few minutes walk away. It is the perfect choice if you have a budget but still require somewhere very comfortably furnished and in a great location.
The Apartment
The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a kitchen/lounge /diner. It is in a great location in Kemp Town. The apartment has been decorated in fresh white and has light neutral carpets. There are beautiful bow fronted sash windows and a beautiful feature Victorian fireplace in the lounge.

The Kitchen/Lounge/Dining Room
The room is decorated in neutral tones with splashes of terracotta and has two leather sofas and colour co-ordinated accessories. Next to the large windows is a glass dining table for four..perfect for dinner or if you are here for work an ideal place to spread out the paperwork! There is a flat screen LCD tv with freeview and an i-pod dock. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge which could sleep another person if required making it possible for five to stay but only for short periods as it is quite a small lounge area.
The white gloss galley style kitchen is at one end the room and is small but has everything you need. With restaurants literally just around the corner you may never feel the need to cook however! The apartment has a washing machine, fridge, microwave and cooker/hob etc…all you would expect in a home from home.

The small but neat contemporary bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.
h.4 The Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is very spacious and has a king size bed, wardrobes and drawer space. Just like the rest of the apartment the room is decorated in fresh white and white cotton bed linen and towels are provided for you. You could easily fit a travel cot here.

The second bedroom has a king size bed and is a smaller room. Please note the boiler and washing machine are in a cupboard in this room.
White bed linen and towels are provided.
Please note the apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift in the building so it would not suit those with mobility issues.
If you require parking you can park on the seafront nearby where there is metered parking.
Smoking is not permitted in the property.
