Beautiful holiday apartment full of light!

This is a beautiful, newly refurbished two bedroom holiday apartment in a great seafront location. The large windows give fabulous oblique sea views with the beach just at the end of the road. The apartment is on the first floor flat of a period building, close to Brighton Pier and the town but far enough away to offer a peaceful retreat. (Please note: the view in the photo is from the end of the road not the view from the apartment.)


There is one fixed double bed in the master bedroom. There are zip and link beds in the second bedroom so it can be arranged as a double or a single. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge which is for occasional use only and due to the overall size of the flat would only suit an additional one person.

With huge, full length sash windows and a gorgeous new kitchen this flat oozes style. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedrooms are at the back of the property so it is quiet.


The lounge has a three seater sofabed and additional seating. there is an LCD tv with freeview and a dvd player. Broadband and a phone line for incoming calls is about to be installed. There is a dining table for four in the window alcove offering fabulous oblique views down to the sea.The kitchen has a washing machine and is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater.


At the back of the apartment and down a few steps is the master bedroom with a wardrobe and a double bed. A very quiet retreat!

Bedroom 2

Next to Bedroom 1 is Bedroom 2 which has zip and link beds so it can be a twin room or another double. Please specify at the time of booking.


The newly installed bathroom is contemporary and has a shower.

  • Smoking is not permitted in the property and there is no outside area, but you may of course smoke on the street outside.
