​Art Deco by the Sea is located in the heart of all the independent shops, cafes and restaurants of the Lanes known as the cultural quarter. Situated in East Street (which is pedestriansied at weekends) and with oblique sea views this really offers a very convenient, economical and neat place to call home while you’re here.

This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is convenient because everything Brighton has to offer is just there! Step out and there are cafes and restaurants and great shops. The Theatre Royal, The Pavillion and the Brighton Dome are all very close and it’s just a short walk to the Brighton Centre too, so ideal if you are here for a concert or conference.

There are award winning restaurants nearby and the beach is just at the end of the road.

This neat apartment has a newly fitted contemporary kitchen open plan to the living area and has some wooden panelling features and stained glass windows in places giving it an Art Deco feel.

Entrance

There is secure entry intercom entry at street level and stairs to the second floor.

Living room/ kitchen

The living area is a great space with light flooding in from the bay windows and a large mirror feature on the wall. There are fitted wooden units and a decorative fireplace. Comfortably furnished with a sofa and armchair, an LCD tv and WiFi. The open plan kitchen is neat and contemporary and has everything you need to self cater.

Master bedroom

The master bedroom has a king size bed but it is also a hotel standard zip and link bed so can be configured as two singles if required. Please let us know at the time of booking if you need it set as a twin room. There is a built in desk area, handy if you are here for work, and built in wardrobes. The bedroom has an en suite shower room with an attractive feature stone wall.

Second bedroom

The second bedroom has a single bed, fitted wardrobes and characterful feature wood panelling on the wall.

Bathroom

The main bathroom is a newly fitted stylish white suite and has a bath with a shower over it.

  • All utility costs are included.
  • There is WiFi.
  • There is no parking with the apartment. WE recommend coming by public transport. The bus station is very close by and the train station is about 15 minutes walk or short taxi ride. If you do need parking for a car ask us for advice. You do not need a car whilst here as everything is close by.
  • The apartment is on the second floor. Please note there is no lift.
  • As with all properties, smoking inside is not permitted.
  • Pets are not permitted in this apartment.
