Adelaide Apartment is part of a beautiful mansion block in iconic Adelaide Crescent in Hove. With the beach to your left and shops, restaurants, cafes and bars a short walk to the right, the location couldn’t be more practical or attractive. The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom and has been finished to a very high standard throughout. This is ideal for an executive here for work or for a small family here on holiday.
The entrance to the apartment is on the lower ground floor so there are some steps down to the front courtyard and main front door. A short halway then leads to the entrance to the apartment itself.
A truly stunning room with a huge glass atrium over a large dining table. The kitchen is very high quality and has a dishwasher, washer/dryer and everything you need to self cater. The living area has an L-shaped sofa and a large LCD television with a DVD player.
Doors lead out from the dining area onto a private patio. There is also a back entrance to the apartment here. There is an outdoor L-shaped sofa and coffee table.
There are two double bedrooms each with a double bed. White walls, floor tiling and clean lines give this apartment a cool, minimalistic feel. One of the bedrooms has a wall mounted television. Wardrobes and storage are sleekly hidden away in the hall.
The bathroom is fully tiled and is a white contemporary suite. There is a bath with a shower over it.

- There is no parking with this property. Parking is by meter on the seafront. You do not need a car while you are here as everything is close by so we recommend coming to Brighton by public transport as parking is at a premium. If you are here for a longer period and need somewhere to park your car please ask for advice.
