There are two bedrooms, a sociable lounge/diner/ kitchen, two bathrooms and a little patio which makes an additional al fresco room.

Kemp Town is a mix of elegant eateries and pubs all offering great food and entertainment. At the end of the road there are delis and high quality gift shops as well as a traditional bakery, grocers and butchers. Everything you need is close to hand and Kemp Town has a friendly and bohemian feel. The property is conveniently situated for town yet within a five minute walking radius there are upmarket cocktail bars, entertainment venues offering jazz/salsa, award winning restaurants and traditional pubs.

Recently refurbished with designer wallpaper and contemporary furnishings. There is wireless broadband.

The property is approached via steps down to its own private entrance on the lower ground floor. There is a small patio area at the front.

Master Bedroom and ensuite
Off the hallway is the elegantly decorated master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that can also be accessed from the hall. The bed is a high quality zip and link bed so it can be arranged as a twin or double room. The ensuite bathroom has a contemporary bathroom suite.

Kitchen/Lounge /Diner/ Patio
A welcoming room with feature wallpaper and a retro feel. There is a dining table for four and two white leather sofas, one of which is a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional person. The property has an LCD tv with freeview channels, a dvd and cd player.

The contemporary galley style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. There is a washing machine and microwave. Double doors lead out onto a small patio where you can sit out and relax with a glass of wine before heading out for the evening.

Across the other side of the lounge is a smaller double bedroom and an ensuite shower room.


Additional Information

All bed linen and towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.

All electricity and gas costs are included.

If you would like champagne and flowers waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help.

Well behaved dogs are welcome at this property, sorry, no cats. There is no smoking inside the property but you can smoke on the patios.

Price for the property
From £395 to £695 per week
Weekend breaks may be available and midweek Mon to Fri deals also available. Please ring us to discuss your requirements.

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services, welcome grocery pack, champagne, etc all by arrangement with us.

We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
