e are very proud of this one and know you will really love staying here! This apartment is very spacious and beautifully finished and can very comfortably accommodate eight people. The landing is huge and has an alcove area so for a short break we may be able to fit nine if one person sleeps on a zbed there.

With two very large high spec bathrooms and a contemporary kitchen/ diner this is a great apartment for families or groups. All furniture, fixtures and fittings are an excellent standard.

The apartment is in Palmeira Avenue, a beautiful and prestigious location in Hove, yet only a short walk to central Brighton. The beach can be seen at the end of the road and is approximately a fifteen minute walk away. There are great cafes, restaurants, bars and independent shops within a five minute walking radius. A perfect holiday spot and plenty of space to relax and feel comfortable.

A description of the property

An impressive and spacious apartment on the first floor of a very large detached house.

Landing
The apartment is up one flight of stairs and has a very large landing area where you can store all your cases, buckets and spades etc! The area can be used as a sleeping place for an extra person if necessary. Ask us for further details. There is a beautiful stained glass window which casts a colourful stream of light into the apartment.

Kitchen/Diner
The contemporary kitchen has a dining table which can seat 8. there is a dishwasher, washing machine , microwave and everything you could need to self cater.

Lounge
The huge lounge has two very good quality, large curved white leather sofas. Great for laying back and relaxing in front of the LCD tv. There is a dvd, cd player and wireless broadband.

Family bathroom
Wow! Gorgeous bath and double shower cubicle. A fantastic bath to luxuriate in and chill out with a glass of wine after a busy day running around with the children!

Master bedroom and ensuite bathroom
A very spacious room with a double bed and two singles. It can also be arranged as two doubles. A perfect family room and with a spacious ensuite bathroom making bath time for babies and toddlers very easy. The bath has a shower over it.

Bedroom 2
A spacious room with wardrobes. This can be arranged either a a double or a twin room.

Bedroom 3
This bedroom has a double bed , wardrobe and LCD tv. Send the kids in there to watch CBeebies while you chat in the lounge!

Additional Information
Enhanced CRB checked babysitters, who are very well known to us, may be available for babysitting should you require it. All three ladies are older, have first aid training and are very kind!

All bed linen and towels are included. If you are staying for longer than a week a change of towels and bed linen is provided. We can also arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.

Pets are not accepted at this property. All electricity and gas costs are included. The property has gas central heating.

If you would like champagne and chocolates waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help – just ask!

Price for the property

We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
