A description of the property There are five bedrooms and the property comfortably sleeps 13. (An additional two people can stay using a sofa bed in the lounge making it a possible 15.) The property can be arranged to provide 13 single beds with rooms comfortably sleeping two or three. Two of the rooms can be changed to provide double beds however. Whatever configuration you need, ask and we’ll see what we can do!
There is a large garden that is enclosed and safe for children and pets. The property has a garage and there is a gated drive with parking for three cars. There is unrestricted parking in the roads next to the house also. It is a short 5 minute ride into town and to the beach. There is a Tesco Metro nearby and restaurants and bars a short walk away. There is a large park with a children’s play area very close to the property. The furniture, fixtures and fittings are of a high standard. Additional Information All bed linen and towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost. All electricity and gas costs are included. If you would like champagne and flowers waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help. Pets are accepted at this property. Price for the property Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services, welcome grocery pack, champagne, etc all by arrangement with us. We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage. |
