Decorated with Prestigious Textiles designer wallpapers and with a Paula Rosa fitted kitchen, the house is a very comfortable home from home. The spacious house spans four floors and has the luxury of three bathrooms and an additional cloakroom, making it the perfect choice for a group of friends or a family.

Good to know and making it a really practical choice is that there is a new large Sainsbury’s close by and cafes just around the corner…great for dinner party shopping or popping out for an easy Sunday morning coffee. An NCP car park just a minute’s walk away offers easy parking for approximately £12 for 24 hours and it is very close to Brighton station which is great if some of your group are travelling by train. It is a close walk to the Laines which is a fab area for shopping with lots of independent retailers offering fashion and accessories that you wouldn’t find on your usual high street. There are also lots of restaurants and bars...far enough away but within easy walking distance!

Entrance
Through the entrance there is a convenient cloakroom on the ground floor.

Kitchen
The Paula Rosa kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and everything you need to self cater. There is a little breakfast bar area so two can sit and chat whilst food is being prepared or handy for feeding little ones. (Just to note, plastic bowls, plates and cutlery are provided for infants and we can also provide a high chair if you need one.)

Lounge/Diner
The lounge dining room has designer wallpaper and some designer furniture pieces to make it a stunning and contemporary room. There is a 50inch plasma tv on the wall with Freeview channels and a dvd player. There are a selection of books for you to enjoy during your stay also.

There is a mini cd player and ipod dock and we have also put in some board games to keep you busy after dinner! Three sofa beds which convert into small double beds sleep one adult comfortably on each.

There is a designer glass dining table that seats eight plus an additional butterfly table that seats another four so you could have a dinner party for 12. We have provided trays for any others you needed to accommodate for dinner.

There is a large cupboard for storing all the bedding for the sofa beds and also for coats and shoes. We ask that shoes are not worn in this property to keep the new carpet in pristine condition.

First Floor
On the first floor there are two bedrooms. The master has an ensuite shower room with a double width walk in shower. The room can be made up as a double or a twin room and, as with all the beds, they have quality orthopaedic mattresses. The master bedroom has a balcony to the front of the property and is where smokers can smoke if necessary. The rest of the house, as with all our properties, is non smoking.

The second bedroom on this floor is a small twin room.
There is a spacious family bathroom on the first floor that has a bath with a shower over it.

Second floor
On the second floor there are two more bedrooms. One with an ensuite bathroom… the same as the master bedroom on the first floor. This also has a balcony area where guests may smoke if they want to. The second bedroom on this floor is more spacious and has twin beds and an adult set of bunk beds.

Top Floor
The top floor of the property is a large landing/ office area where three quality z beds can comfortably accommodate another three guests.

Additional Information

All the beds are dressed with white cotton bedlinen and a hand towel and bath towel are provided for each guest. Each bedroom has a Vidal Sassoon hairdryer. Please make sure when you book that you specify at the time of booking how many guest are coming so we can make up the correct number of beds and leave all the spare bedding for sofa beds etc. (The price is usually not affected by the number of guests.)

All gas and electricity costs are provided and the property has gas central heating.

If you would like champagne, chocolates or flowers waiting for you please contact us and we can arrange that for you at cost price. We can give you the number of a beauty therapist who can come for manicures and pedicures at very reasonable prices. We can also arrange for caterers to bring hot organic meals and desserts plus drinks, dvds and snacks…perfect for a dinner party. Talk to Neil or Michelle in the office… we’re happy to help.

High chairs and travel cots can be provided for a small charge.

Price for the Property

Price for the property is £595 to £1795 depending on whether you want midweek, weekend, weekly etc. We can offer last minute deals on this property. As with all our larger houses there is a £500 booking/damage deposit which is returned after your departure.

We can give special rates for Monday to Fridays making it a good choice for families who want a cheaper last minute break so please call the office to find out more.
