edina Villa is a beautifully furnished and spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sunny patio garden. Much more than just a place to stay this is a very comfortable home with quality Peter Jones furniture, a large LCD television, a modern kitchen and contemporary bathrooms. In a perfect holiday location, just a few hundred metres from Hove seafront and within a two minute walk of shops and restaurants. This is a very child friendly property with play areas close by and the house is set in a quiet street.

It sleeps six but for shorter breaks two extra people can stay using the sofa bed and/or a z- bed. It is a short bus ride or fifteen minute seafront walk to central Brighton.

Neutrally decorated and very comfortable. A modern spacious house built in a traditional style.

Ground Floor
On the ground floor is a very spacious hallway with double doors leading to a bright lounge. There is a luxurious L-shaped sofa, perfect for snuggling up and watching the large LCD tv with freeview channels or enjoy a dvd with surround sound! There are doors out to a small fully walled enclosed patio garden where children can play happily and can’t escape! At the front of the house is a good size modern kitchen with a dining table that seats four comfortably but can seat six. The kitchen has a washing machine and microwave and is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater.

First Floor
Leading off from the hall are wide stairs that lead up to the bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom and en suite shower room is at the front of the house. The room has been furnished with Peter Jones furniture and can be arranged with a double bed or twin beds. There is room for a travel cot also. The second bedroom also can be a twin or a double as can the smaller third bedroom. The family bathroom is a good size and has a white modern suite with a shower over the bath.

Additional Information
Enhanced CRB checked babysitters, who are very well known to us, may be available for babysitting should you require it. All three ladies are older, have first aid training and are very kind!

All bed linen and towels are included. If you are staying for longer than a week a change of towels and bed linen is provided. We can also arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.

Sorry no pets.

All electricity and gas costs are included. The property has gas central heating.

If you would like champagne and chocolates waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help – just ask!

Price for the property
From £595 to £1095 per week.
Weekend breaks are available and last minute deals might be negotiable.

We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
