he Medina apartment is a bright and comfortable apartment with a beautiful bespoke kitchen and large sash windows overlooking gardens. Just round the corner from the larger Medina Villa which has three bedrooms, the two could be booked together for extended family groups or larger parties.

In a great location, on the raised ground floor of a period building, just a few hundred metres from the beach and close to Church Road with its numerous bars, award winning restaurants and coffee shops. At the top of the road is an organic deli and coffee shop… perfect for a lazy healthy brunch and in the evening why not try Riddle and Finn’s champagne and oyster bar for a special romantic meal before walking on to another cocktail bar. This is a great apartment for a holiday or for a longer term let!

For those who enjoy cooking at home you can buy locally sourced organic produce at the top of the road from many independent shops and delis and there is also a Tesco Metro. Self catering couldn’t be easier!

A description of the property

Medina Apartment is furnished neutrally and has fresh white walls, high ceilings and lots of natural light. There is wireless broadband at the property. Parking may be available at the property or close by. Please discuss this with us as it depends on the size of the car.

The Lounge/Kitchen/Diner
A great sociable space with an open plan kitchen area and a handmade wooden work top.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to self cater and includes a cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The lounge is spacious and bright and has an LCD tv with freeview channels and dvd and cd player.

The Bathroom
The newly decorated bathroom is finished in white and has a bath with a shower over it.

Bedroom 1
The bedroom is decorated in soft neutral tones and has contemporary fitted wooden wardrobes. White cotton sheets and a co-ordinating silk throw make this a peaceful and relaxing room. A large sash window overlooks neat gardens.

Bedroom 2
A pretty room with white cotton sheets, silk curtains and a co-ordinating silk throw. This room can be made up with a double bed or twin beds. Mirrored wardrobes offer great storage. A large sash window overlooks neat gardens.

Additional Information

All bed linen and towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.

All electricity and gas costs are included.

If you would like champagne and flowers waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help.

There is no smoking inside the property.

Price for the property
From £425 to £750 per week
Weekend breaks may be available and midweek Mon to Fri deals also available. Please ring us to discuss your requirements.

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services, welcome grocery pack, champagne, etc all by arrangement with us.

We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
