Marine Villa 1 is next door to the fashionable Lansdowne Place Hotel and just a very short walk to an area famous for its restaurants and vibrant café society. The beach is just across the road.
Your weekend here could be extra special with a morning at the Lansdowne Place Hotel Spa followed by an afternoon shopping in Brighton’s many independent and unusual shops. If the spa seems a little too expensive, why not ask us to arrange for two beauticians to come to you for luxury manicure and pedicure treatments at a fraction of the cost. Then after a day of pampering and shopping, perhaps start your evening with cocktails at the Lansdowne Place Hotel next door before heading off to one of Brighton’s many highly regarded restaurants like Jamie Oliver’s new restaurant.
Description of the property
Designed for modern living the house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms and an additional cloakroom. The house has an integrated surround sound system, wireless broadband and an entry phone system. There are inset lights on the stairways and neutral carpets to hallways and bedrooms.
Lower Ground Floor
On the lower ground floor is a light and airy kitchen dining room. With real walnut flooring, superior quality white gloss units and black granite worktops this is a great room for cooking and chatting with friends and family. All the appliances are integrated and include a Neff microwave and double oven, five ring gas burner, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is everything you need to self cater. Ground Floor
Bedroom 1 is a twin bedroom on the ground floor and sleeps 2. There is a spacious downstairs cloakroom next door.
First floor
On the first floor there is a large 26ft long lounge with beautiful full length Regency style windows that flood the room with light. Natural light oak flooring and doors add warmth. The furniture is of a high standard and includes two quality sofa beds for an additional four people if larger groups are staying. There is a wall mounted LCD tv and the room naturally divides in two with differently defined areas so one group can be watching tv while at the other end some could be playing one of the board games or chatting.
Second Floor
On the second floor there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom sleeps 4 and has 4 zip and link beds so if a family stay it can be arranged as a king with two singles. There is a contemporary ensuite with thermostatic shower and bath.
Bedroom 3 is a small double bedroom that accommodates two in a z beds.
Third Floor
The third floor has another bedroom that accommodates 3 in zip and link orthopaedic beds so it can also be arranged as 3 singles or a king size bed and a single. Next door is the large family bathroom that has a bath with a thermostatic shower. All the bathrooms have contemporary white fittings and natural tone ceramic tiles to the ceilings and walls. There are sea views from this room.
Additional Information
All the beds have white Egyptian cotton bed linen and all the additional bedding and linen for the sofa beds are provided. (Please make sure you specify at the time of booking exactly the number staying so we can make sure you have everything you need. The price is not affected by the number of guests). A white hand towel and bath towel are provided with additional hand towels in the bathrooms. Each bedroom has a hairdryer.
All electricity and gas costs are included.

Parking is by meter outside the house or on the seafront.
A well behaved dog may be accepted at this property with prior arrangement but please note there is not an outside area. Cats unfortunately can not be accepted.
As with all our properties there is a strict no smoking policy inside the property but you may of course smoke outside.

Price from £995 to £1595. Mid week deals Monday to Friday deals available at bargain prices – especially last minute, so ring for a perfect family getaway!

We hold a £500 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full within seven working days of your departure providing there are no major breakages/damage or extra cleaning.
