Everything you need is close to hand and the area has a friendly and bohemian feel. The property is conveniently situated for town yet within an easy walking distance there are upmarket cocktail bars, entertainment venues offering jazz/salsa, award winning restaurants and traditional pubs.

A description of the property
A perfectly formed neat two bedroom apartment at the rear of a beautiful Regency building. (Please note there are a few steps up to the main front door.) Tastefully and neutrally decorated with lamps and pictures; a comfortable home from home.

The Lounge
This room is neutrally decorated, furnished with a dining table and two comfortable sofas (one is a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional person). There is an LCD tv, dvd player and CD player and there is wireless broadband.

The Master Bedroom
An comfortably furnished room with a double bed and wardrobe.

The Bathroom
A clean contemporary white suite with a bath with a shower over it.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need should you wish to self cater. There is a washing machine and microwave.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is quiet double room with orthopaedic zip and link beds so that it can be arranged as a king size bed or twin beds.

Additional information

All bed linen and towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.

All electricity and gas costs are included.

If you would like champagne and flowers waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help.

Pets are not accepted at this property. This is a no smoking property as there is no outside area.

Everything is close by so you probably don’t need a car during your time in Brighton.

Price for the property
From £350 to £695 per week

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services, welcome grocery pack, champagne, etc all by arrangement with us.

We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
