The apartment is situated directly on the Kemptown section of Brighton seafront, moments from the bars and cafes of trendy St James’ Street, and a short, two minute walk to Brighton Pier. Kemp Town itself is a mix of elegant eateries and cosy pubs many offering great food. There are delis and high quality gift shops as well as a traditional bakery, grocers and butchers. Everything you need is close to hand and the area has a friendly and bohemian feel. The property is conveniently situated for town yet within an easy walking distance there are upmarket cocktail bars, entertainment venues offering jazz/salsa, award winning restaurants and traditional pubs.

Useful Information
The apartment is all on one level and there is a passenger lift to reach it. Everything is close by so a car is not necessary but if you’re feeling particularly lazy buses run frequently from local stops to all areas of Brighton.

The Apartment

The Hall
A spacious hallway with plenty of storage for coats and shoes.

The Lounge
This is a magnificent room, with a feature fireplace, a dining table which seats eight, comfortable sofas, and what is probably the best view in Brighton! Three large windows offer you a glorious panorama of the beach stretching from the Marina right across to Worthing, encompassing both piers. A spectacular seaview with an inviting chaise longue from which to admire it. This room also provides a TV and DVD player, as well as books and board games.

The Kitchen
Leading off from the hallway is a newly refurbished, high quality fully equipped kitchen, with everything you could require in a home away from home.

Further along the hallway there is a beautifully appointed shower room and loo. Next to this is a small utility room with a washer/dryer.

The Bathroom
Spacious and contemporary, with a shower over the bath.

The Master Bedroom
Another stunning very large room, with a very light and airy feel. There are attractive views over rooftops and the landscaped gardens of the flats below. There is a super kingsized double bed, and plenty of wardrobe space. This room can also be arranged as a twin room with two single beds, or a triple room (making use of a z-bed).

Bedrooms two and three
There are two further very pleasant bedrooms, both of which can be arranged with either a double bed or twin beds. Modern bedroom furniture complements the fresh, neutral décor.

Additional Information

All bed linen and towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.

All electricity and gas costs are included.

If you would like champagne and flowers waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help.

Pets are not accepted at this property. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
