What do we offer? We can help in two ways. We can help you create a property that is a home from home and that fulfils the exacting standards of clients. We can help with insurances and offer general advice to you so that you can have the property up and running as a holiday let. Then, we can advertise, take bookings, deposits, let people into the property and generally liaise with the clients. Your property will be advertised globally on our web site with an assurance of a premium level of optimization on search engines. We have had clients from all across the globe use our properties and as our office doesn’t close at 5pm or for holidays, this is ideal when dealing with different time zones. We are able to take bookings for your property 365 days a year 24 hours a day. We are different from other holiday let companies because we offer complete flexibility to clients for key collection and allow clients to arrive when it suits them, not us. Alternatively, we can take full management of the property which would involve weekly linen change, cleaning, dealing with emergencies and repairs (obviously with full liaison with you) and so on. You wouldn’t have to worry about a thing! We would endeavour to meet your needs and the needs of the client in a courteous and professional manner. We can be flexible if you want to manage the property yourself but then when you go on holiday etc we can take over the management for a period. We have a common sense, level headed approach and want to work with you and for you so that our common goals are achieved, i.e. offering fantastic properties to people to rent and a great return for you. All our rates our competitive but we aim to offer a service that is second to none. We would be happy to discuss the matter further. . |
f you have a property in Brighton or Hove that you are considering letting as a holiday rental, we can help. We have found holiday lets to be far more profitable than long term lets and would be happy to help you with every aspect of short term letting. Another bonus with short term lets, as well as the great financial benefit, is that you always have control of the property and on a weekly basis can check on its maintenance. You may think holiday letting is a lot of hassle. It doesn’t need to be at all. We are different from other holiday let companies because we don't have on-line booking so that we can have some degree of being able to vet the people staying in your property we can also optimise rental periods so that you don't have a weekend booking at a premium time which would jeopordise a more lucrative weekly booking.
