his is a wonderful apartment that offers all the best things about living in Brighton…the beach A beautifully finished apartment in a perfect location. On the raised ground floor of a Regency building the apartment has an original fireplace, high ceilings and large windows dressed beautifully with opulent curtains. What also makes this such a special place to stay is there is a fairly large and private East facing patio at the back which is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the sun or to enjoy a relaxing drink before heading out to dinner in the evening.

There is WiFi broadband and because of its central location, this is also a perfect apartment for relocation clients or executives..

The location couldn’t be more perfect! Set on one of Brighton’s beautiful tree and flower lined avenues, Lansdowne Place is close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Pick up a coffee from the Meeting Place café on the beach front and enjoy a stroll along the promenade or try The Real Eating Company’s award winning Eggs Benedict, just situated at the top of Lansdowne Place. You’re spoilt for choice for lunch and dinner all around you , The Lansdowne Place Hotel Restaurant is just at the end of the road, also Pascal’s Brasserie and the Ginger Pig are a short walk away.

Late into the evening a short walk away are Vanilla or Koba for cocktails and dancing.

At the top of the road are independent grocers and delis if you prefer to dine in.

A description of the property

Lansdowne Place is tastefully finished to a high standard maintaining the original grand Regency feel. The apartment has been decorated using Fired Earth paints, Laura Ashley accessories and quality leather furniture. The apartment has oak flooring throughout and a contemporary kitchen and bathroom.

There are no stairs in this property.

Hall
Just inside the property the hall provides space for hanging coats, bags and umbrellas.

The Lounge/Kitchen/Diner
This large beautiful Regency room has an attractive period fireplace and sash windows making it light and bright. The contemporary galley style kitchen leads to a solid oak dining table and then onto a lounge area. There is a large LCD tv with freeview channels, dvd and cd player. There are two quality leather sofas, one of which is a sofa bed allowing an extra person to stay. Lamps, soft furnishings, and books make this a perfect place to relax in the evening. A telephone line takes incoming calls.

The Bathroom
The newly decorated bathroom is fitted with a contemporary suite and has a bath with a shower over it.

The Bedrooms
The first bedroom can be arranged as a double or a twin and has a fireplace with a Venetian style mirror and a romantic French style wardrobe. Large beautifully dressed sash windows overlook the back garden and add to the Regency feel.

The second bedroom has a door leading out onto the patio garden making it a very special room. It has a double bed and large sash windows to the side.

All white cotton bed linen and towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.

All electricity and gas costs are included.

If you would like champagne and flowers waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help.

Well behaved dogs are welcome at this property, sorry, no cats.

There is no smoking inside the property but you can smoke in the patio garden.

Price for the property
From £495 to £995 per week
Weekend breaks may be available and midweek Mon to Fri deals also available. Please ring us to discuss your requirements.

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services, welcome grocery pack, champagne, etc all by arrangement with us.

We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
