great two bedroom cottage in the heart of the Laines in central Brighton. The location couldn’t be more perfect; a quiet road yet with funky independent shops, restaurants, cafes and non-chain coffee shops in neighbouring streets. It really is an ideal base to enjoy everything Brighton has to offer.

The property is also very close to the station so it’s ideal if you need access to London.

A description of the property

This two bedroom cottage is spacious and contemporary. Decorated in white and with dark real wood flooring throughout the cottage has a quirky layout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground floor and the large open plan living area and patio are on the lower ground floor.

A light and attractive hallway with stained real wood floor and stairs leading down to the main living area.

The Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms each with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. One bedroom is at the front of the property and one is at the back.

The Bathroom
The bathroom is next to the bedrooms and is a fairly spacious room with contemporary tiling and a bath with a shower over it.

Kitchen/ Lounge/Patio
This open plan area is the perfect place for a romantic evening of cooking, dining and chilling out! It offers a quiet and totally private area for relaxing. The sleek high gloss black kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater and also has a washing machine and microwave. There is a large dining table and a comfortable L-shaped sofa to lounge on whilst enjoying a film on the large LCD tv. The television has freeview channels. Leading out from the lounge there is a patio area with some tables and chairs and half of the patio is under cover so it’s ideal if you wish to smoke.

Useful Information
There is no parking outside the property but the Laines NCP car park is a few streets away and there is also parking available at Brighton train station which is close by. There is access to the property so you can unload your vehicle and then park elsewhere. As everything is so close by you will probably never need your car anyway.

Additional Information
Crisp white bed linen and white towels are included. If you are staying longer than a week these are changed on a weekly basis and we can also arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at additional cost. All gas and electricity costs are included. A small well behaved dog may be accepted at this property but only with prior arrangement. As with all our properties this is strictly a no smoking property except on the patio area.

Price for the property
Prices from £495 to £995.
The price for other requirements such as additional cleaning, champagne and flowers on arrival are all by arrangement with us. We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
