Just 50 metres to the seafront and approximately a five minute walk to Brighton Pier. The property is conveniently situated for town yet within a five minute walking radius there are upmarket cocktail bars, entertainment venues offering jazz/salsa, award winning restaurants and traditional pubs offering great quality food. There are great little traditional shops if you want to self cater but there are plenty of places to choose from very close by if you ‘d rather eat out. Just a short walk away Kemp Town Deli has a fantastic breakfast menu serving rostis, eggs benedict etc all cooked using locally sourced produce. For dinner just around the corner is a restaurant voted the best in Sussex and awarded a star in Egon Ronay’s guide. There is no shortage of choice however, all within walking distance.
A description of the property
The house has solid oak flooring throughout and sumptuous carpets in the bedrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms are luxuriously fitted and the furniture is of a very high standard. There are three parking spaces at the property. It is a no smoking property and we’re sorry but pets are not accepted at this property either.
Ground Floor
The Kitchen/Dining room
There is solid oak flooring and a black high gloss kitchen with black granite work surface and splashbacks. It is fully equipped as you would expect in a luxury property. The kitchen/dining room is an open plan area – you can sit reading the Sunday papers at the dining table while your partner makes some fresh coffee and serves you croissants freshly made from the shop a one minute walk away. Perfect!
Also on the ground floor is a cloakroom and study which we may consider using as a third bedroom for the right client.
The Lounge
Upstairs is the lounge, a dramatic dual aspect room with a vaulted ceiling, additional skylight windows and light oak solid wood flooring. There is a plasma tv, leather armchair, l-shaped sofa and rug. There is an ornamental fireplace to complete the look.
The Bedrooms
There are two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room which is fully tiled with marble tiles and has an extra large shower cubicle. Both bedrooms are furnished to a high standard with quality bed linen and towels. The second bedroom also has a double bed and has quality furnishings.
The Bathroom
The bathroom is fully tiled with marble wall and floor tiles and has a quality white suite.
All bed linen and towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.
All electricity and gas costs are included.
If you would like champagne and flowers waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help.

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services, welcome grocery pack, champagne, etc all by arrangement with us.
We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
