Really close to the sea and town and just off the vibrant St James’ Street and New Steine…this is a perfect base for your holiday! At the end of the road there are fabulous restaurants, cocktail bars, coffee shops, delis and many other shops where you can buy everything you need to self cater. The beach is just a few hundred metres away and the town is a two minute walk away.
A description of the property
This is a surprisingly spacious apartment with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. It spans two floors and has a quirky layout making it easy to find a quiet spot away from others if you want a bit of peace on your own. It has a large sofa bed in the lounge so six people can be accommodated for shorter breaks. (Please note there are steep stairs to the bedrooms so it may not suit toddlers or the elderly. Talk to us and we can work out if it will suit you.)
Kitchen
The first room off the right of the hallway is the contemporary kitchen which is a good size and fully equipped with everything you need should you wish to self cater. There is a breakfast bar making it a sociable place to sit and chat whilst preparing a meal with friends. There is a washing machine and microwave.
The Lounge
A welcoming room with neutral tones and a very pretty real effect gas log burner in a tiled fireplace. There are two large good quality sofas and a dining table. There is an LCD tv with freeview channels and a dvd and CD player.
The Bathroom
Along a corridor is a large bathroom with a bath and shower over it. Perfect to lock yourself away and have a peaceful soak in the bath!
The Master Bedroom and ensuite
Up the stairs is a romantically lit chocolate and cream master bedroom. This has a double bed, a walk through wardrobe area and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 2
Across a landing and around a corner is bedroom 2. A spacious room that can be arranged as another double or as a twin room. This bedroom has built in wardrobes and a dressing table area. Calming and beautifully decorated in creams with a burgundy accent colour.. a perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine as you prepare yourself for a night out!
Additional Information
All bed linen and towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.
All electricity and gas costs are included.
If you would like champagne and flowers waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help.
Pets are not accepted at this property as there is no outside area. This is a no smoking property.
Price for the property
Low season from £450 per week
Mid season from £550 per week
High season from £650 per week
Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services, welcome grocery pack, champagne, etc all by arrangement with us.
We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
