his gorgeous apartment is in a seafront Art Deco block and has been decorated and furnished in a retro style. There are sea views and the beach is literally across the road! A superb location if you want somewhere in central Brighton. For families with children it is ideal as the play area on the beach is just opposite and the third bedroom has bunk beds. The furniture throughout the apartment is of a high quality and make this more of an experience rather than just somewhere to stay.
There is broadband at this property. We can help arrange parking for you.
It sleeps six but for shorter breaks two extra people can stay using the sofa bed and/or a z- bed.

A description of the property
A raised ground floor apartment in an impressive block. White walls, funky furniture.. perfect for families or friends sharing.

Lounge/Diner
Leading off from the hall is the large sea facing lounge/diner. This has two quality sofabeds and a large dining table that seats 8. There is a feature wall with a huge LCD tv with freeview channels and a dvd and CD player.

WC
With black high gloss tiles throughout ..a stylish and convenient additional convenience!

Kitchen
The kitchen has modern units and is a small but practical place to cook. There is a washer/dryer, microwave and everything you need to self cater. With everything so close by however you’ll never need to use it!

Master bedroom
A spacious sea facing room that can easily accommodate a travel cot or z-bed. This room has an impressive four poster bed and is finished stylishly in black and white.

Bedroom 2
Bedroom two also faces the sea and can be arranged as a twin or a double room.

Bedroom 3
This bedroom is a much smaller room with quality bunk beds.

Additional Information
There is a travel cot and high chair at the house. Enhanced CRB checked babysitters, who are very well known to us, may be available for babysitting should you require it. All three ladies are older, have first aid training and are very kind!

All bed linen and towels are included. We do not provide bed linen for the travel cot however. If you are staying for longer than a week a change of towels and bed linen is provided. We can also arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.

Pets are not accepted at this property. All electricity and gas costs are included. The property has gas central heating.

If you would like champagne and chocolates waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help – just ask!

Price for the property

Price for additional cleaning services, babysitting, welcome grocery pack etc all by arrangement with us.

We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
