The other Embassy apartment is next door so you could book the two together for larger groups. The property has white walls and laminate flooring throughout and has a fresh, homely feel to it. The owners have taken care to make this a real home from home for you and have added accessories so you can really unwind and enjoy your holiday with everything you need. The property has three bedrooms; one has a king- sized bed and the other two can be arranged with either double beds or single beds as you prefer. The master bedroom is large enough to accommodate an additional z-bed.

There is broadband at this property. We can arrange parking for you.

A description of the property
A raised ground floor apartment in an impressive Art Deco block directly opposite the beach and a beach front café! White walls, laminate flooring - perfect for families or friends sharing.

Lounge/Diner
At the end of the hall is the large sea facing lounge/diner. This has two sofas, a comfy chair and a large dining table that can seat 8. There is an LCD tv with freeview channels, a dvd video and CD player. A great place to chill out after a day at the beach and play board games at the table or watch a dvd.

Kitchen
The kitchen faces the sea and has modern units and is a small but practical place to cook. There is a washing machine, microwave and everything you need to self cater. With everything so close by however you’ll never need to use it!

Master bedroom
A spacious room that can easily accommodate a travel cot or z-bed.

Bedroom 2
Bedroom two is a double room and can be arranged with two single beds or a double bed.

Bedroom 3
Bedroom three is a double room and can be arranged with two single beds or a double bed.

Additional Information
There is a travel cot and high chair at the house. Enhanced CRB checked babysitters, who are very well known to us, may be available for babysitting should you require it. All three ladies are older, have first aid training and are very kind!

All bed linen and towels are included. We do not provide bed linen for the travel cot however. If you are staying for longer than a week a change of towels and bed linen is provided. We can also arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.

Pets may be accepted at this property but you will nedd to discuss this with us. All electricity and gas costs are included. The property has gas central heating.

If you would like champagne and chocolates waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help – just ask!

Price for the property

Price for additional cleaning services, babysitting, welcome grocery pack etc all by arrangement with us.

We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
