Elm Grove is beautifully decorated and could easily feature in a design magazine with an elegant yet funky interior. It has four bedrooms, a large open lounge/ dining room with its own mini cocktail bar and mezzanine level, a fully equipped high gloss white kitchen, a fabulous bathroom and rainfall double shower and a two small decked terrace areas with outside seating, cushions and lighting.
Interior designed, furnished and equipped to a very high standard, Elm Grove has Cole and Son wallpapers, designer furniture and lighting, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Sky tv channels and wireless broadband. With free unrestricted parking outside the property it is also a very practical choice for a group of friends. We can also arrange for two beauticians to come for an evening of manicures and pedicures. Sounds like a perfect night in to catch up with old friends!
Central Brighton is a ten to fifteen minute walk away but there is a frequent 24hour bus service just nearby and a taxi fare is approximately £5.50. Close by there are a few cafes and a pub that serves great Sunday lunches…perfect after a lazy Sunday morning reading the papers! Supermarkets are an easy drive away and there are corner shops all around so if you want to self cater it is very easy. With all the restaurants and cafes in Brighton though, the kitchen may never need to be used!

Uniquely styled to offer a beautiful boutique style home from home with a very spacious and sociable lounge/diner perfect for relaxing.
Ground Floor
On the ground floor is a hallway that leads into the white high gloss kitchen with a six ring gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher and everything you need to self cater. This room leads into the lounge.
Lounge/Diner
This room has a definite wow factor! Painted in white throughout with a high vaulted ceiling, designer lighting and stunning mezzanine level. There’s a small retro cocktail bar and a table football game for added entertainment should you feel inclined! A designer glass and white dining table with retro chairs is the perfect setting for a special meal. (Please note if 10 people are staying the dining table may not be able to accommodate everyone.) There is a huge L-shaped white leather sofa with cushions which is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine and watch the LCD wall mounted tv with Sky channels. There’s a dvd player and cd player. A door leads to the outside terraces.
Outside Terraces
There are two terraces on different levels with a bespoke glass panelled staircase leading up to the top terrace. Both perfectly secluded and private with decking and have built in seating with cushions. This is a great place for chatting and relaxing and as there is a strict no smoking policy inside Elm Grove(as with all our properties) this is also ideal if there are any smokers in your group.
Bathroom
Also downstairs is a truly unique and beautifully designed bathroom. There are doors that open out completely onto the terrace and as it is so private and secluded you can almost have an al fresco bath! There is a double shower with a rainfall shower head and a large and luxurious Victorian style bath. There are built in speakers so you can plug your ipod in, lie back and listen to your favourite tunes as you pamper yourself ready for a big night out!
The Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms, all elegantly finished and beautifully styled. The bedrooms can accommodate eight people in beds (with two sharing a double). With two people on occasional beds a total of ten people can easily be accommodated.
A smaller bedroom is on the ground floor next to the bathroom and this has a single bed with a pull out bed under which can make it into a twin room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms.
A large boutique style master bedroom has a zip and link bed which means it can be arranged as a twin room or with a luxurious superking size bed. An additional occasional bed means a third person can sleep here also. The second bedroom is a very pretty room with an antique style wooden half tester double bed and another person can also sleep in here on an occasional bed. The fourth bedroom has zip and link beds so it can also be arranged as a double or a twin and is stylishly decorated with Cole and Son wallpaper and designer fittings.
All bed linen and towels are included in the price. (You may want to bring additional towels if you think you are going to make a lot of use of the luxury bathroom as only one hand and one small bath towel is provided for each person!) Bed linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.
All electricity and gas costs are included. The property has gas central heating.
If you would like champagne and chocolates waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. Please ask us about any additional services you would like at your time of booking.
Price for the property

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services, welcome grocery pack etc all by arrangement with us.
We hold a £500 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
A well behaved dog may be accepted at this property with prior arrangement. Sorry we do not accept cats.
