The apartment is situated in a wide tree lined street in the highly regarded Kemp Town district of Brighton, a couple of hundred metres from Brighton seafront. Just step out of the property look right and there’s the sea!
Kemp Town itself is a mix of elegant eateries and cosy pubs many offering great food. There are delis and high quality gift shops as well as a traditional bakery, grocers and butchers. Everything you need is close to hand and Kemp Town has a friendly and bohemian feel. The property is conveniently situated for town and is a five minute walk from Brighton Pier. Within an easy walking distance there are upmarket cocktail bars, entertainment venues offering jazz/salsa, award winning restaurants and traditional pubs making it the perfect spot for a holiday or short break.
Useful Information
The apartment is all on one level making it ideal for families with small children although there are a few steep steps to the front door. There is a great seafront children’s play area with a café just at the end of the road.

Leading off from the lounge is a newly refurbished, high quality fully equipped kitchen, with everything you could need in a home away from home. It is a large room with a dining table for four making it a sociable space where you can cook and chat.

The back door leads up some steps to quite a large fully enclosed patio garden.

Large and bright this is a modern bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Bedroom 1
Bedroom 1 has a superking size bed and is spacious enough to fit another occasional bed. The furniture is a contemporary design in solid oak. It can be arranged as a twin room if you would prefer.
Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and also has attractive solid oak furniture. It can also be arranged as two single beds if required.

All bed linen and towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.
All electricity and gas costs are included.
If you would like champagne and flowers waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help.
A well behaved dog may be accepted at this property with prior arrangement, but unfortunately we cannot accept cats.
Parking is free a ten minute walk away or there is metered parking outside the apartment.

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services, welcome grocery pack, champagne, etc all by arrangement with us.
We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
