A description of the property

This is a three double bedroom luxury apartment, beautifully furnished and finished to a very high specification. An ideal place to stay if you require a longer short term executive let or for a group of friends or family who are here for a short break or holiday. The property has underfloor heating, walnut floors and doors and satin chrome designer fittings throughout. There is a colour video entry system and wireless broadband. (A two bedroom apartment and a one bedroom apartment are also available in this building so it may suit a group of executives who want to be together for work or a conference.)

The Lounge/Kitchen/Diner
Open plan and with a walnut hardwood floor. This is contemporary room with LCD tv, dvd, freeview and stereo, designer sofas and a dining table for four. The Paula Rosa kitchen has AEG appliances and Caesar stone natural quartz worktops. There is a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and everything you need to self cater.

The Third Bedroom
The spacious third bedroom can be arranged as a double or a twin.

Downstairs
Down a flight of stairs there are two additional bedrooms both very spacious with fitted wardrobes. Both can be arranged as doubles or twin rooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious double rainfall shower.

Additional Information

Your car can be parked for free a twenty minute walk away or there is metered parking nearby and on the seafront. Please ask us and we can advise you.

All bed linen and towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.

All electricity and gas costs are included.

If you would like champagne and flowers waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help.

Price for the property
From £550 to £1095. If you require a longer let due to work or relocation please ring Neil on 01273 624459 to discuss your budget. We may be able to offer weekend or midweek deals at certain times.

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services, welcome grocery pack, champagne, etc all by arrangement with us.

We hold a £500 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
