A description of the property
This is a one bedroom luxury apartment for couples but it would be an ideal place to stay if you have a young baby or toddler as the master bedroom is spacious enough for a cot bed or inflatable toddler bed. There is a spacious patio area that is completely secure and would be a safe place for your little one to play outside. The property has underfloor heating, walnut floors and doors and satin chrome designer fittings throughout. There is a colour video entry system. The apartment has a telephone for incoming calls and broadband.
The Lounge/Kitchen/Diner
Open plan and with a walnut hardwood floor. This is contemporary room with LCD tv, dvd, freeview and stereo, a quality leather sofa and chaise long and a dining table for four. The Paula Rosa kitchen has AEG appliances and Caesar stone natural quartz worktops. There is a dishwasher. There are large double doors that open onto a spacious fully enclosed private patio area; a perfectly cool al fresco room where you can chill out after a day on the beach or enjoy a relaxing drink before you hit the town for your night out!

For shorter stays visitor parking permits are available at additional cost or your car can be parked for free a fifteen minute walk away. Please ask us and we can advise you.
All bed linen and towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.
All electricity and gas costs are included.
If you would like champagne and flowers waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help.
Pets may be accepted at this property by arrangement.
Price for the property
From £495 to £725. If you require a longer let due to work or relocation please ring Neil on 01273 804804 to discuss your budget. We may be able to offer weekend or midweek deals at certain times.
Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services, welcome grocery pack, champagne, etc all by arrangement with us.
We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
