Through the entrance and there is a convenient cloakroom on the ground floor.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and fridge/ freezer.

Lounge/Diner/Garden
The large lounge/diner has plenty of seating and a cosy flame effect fire. A large dining table makes it perfect for dinner parties. There is an LCD TV with additional channels, DVD player, broadband, cd player. A sofa bed can accommodate another person in the lounge.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Four big bedrooms… two with double beds, two with twin beds. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms and there is an additional spacious family bathroom. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes offering lots of storage.

Other people can be accommodated on a chair bed in the top sun lounge, a sofa bed in the lounge and a z bed in one of the bedrooms.

Additional Information

We can arrange CRB checked babysitters should you require it.

All crisp white bed linen and towels are included. If you are staying for longer than a week a change of towels and bed linen is provided and we can also arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.

Well behaved dogs are welcome at this property. Sorry no cats. If you require dog walking/dog sitting this can be arranged at an additional cost.

All electricity and gas costs are included. The property has gas central heating.

If you would like champagne and chocolates waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help – just ask!

Price for the property
From £595 to £1495.
