The apartment is in a perfect location in the highly regarded Kemp Town district of Brighton. The sea is just at the end of the road and there are cafes, shops and restaurants just a short walk away.

A Description of the Property

The Apartment
The apartment is on the first floor of a Regency building and has one double and one single bedroom. There are two bathrooms both fitted luxuriously. There is one large living room/diner/kitchen with an original marble fireplace and windows with wooden shutters. The apartment has been furnished and decorated to an exceptionally high standard and offers a luxurious home from home.

The Lounge / Diner/Kitchen
From the dramatic mirrored hallway two huge full length wooden doors open to reveal the stunning view of the sea from the long windows that fill one side of the lounge. The view of the sea and skyline is dramatic and ever changing and can be appreciated from either inside the apartment or outside on the full length balcony. The room oozes character and style and has a central dramatic chandelier. There is a dining table with views to the sea….ideal for a dinner party or if you need somewhere to work. Lamps and art work create a warm and stylish feel to the room. There is a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, and everything you need to self cater. The kitchen has beautifully stylish units and an ebony worktop.

There is an LCD tv with freeview, a dvd player, cd player and iPod dock.

Bathroom
The bathroom has a luxurious bathroom suite and is fitted with a built in bespoke range of mahogany cupboards and shelves.

The Wetroom
The wetroom is a piece of art in itself with a gold leaf ceiling, dramatic tiles and a fantastic rainfall shower.

The Bedrooms
At the back of the apartment there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has built in wardrobes and shelves and has an LCD television built in….perfect for those lazy Sunday mornings in bed. The smaller bedroom has built in wardrobes also and an elegant single wooden day bed.

Additional Information
There is wireless broadband at the property.

Crisp, white bed linen and white towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis if you are staying longer than a week. If you are staying for longer period and would like the property cleaned regularly during your stay we can also arrange this for you at additional cost.

All gas and electricity costs are included.

As with all our properties, this is strictly a no smoking property, although you may smoke on the outside balcony.

Price for the property
Prices from £695 to £1095.

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning, champagne etc all by arrangement with us.

We hold a £250 damage/ cleaning deposit that will be returned in full a soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
