Each bedroom has an LCD television with Freeview and its own luxury bathroom. With south facing balconies on each floor overlooking the yachts on Brighton Marina, this is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the sea air. Imagine waking in the morning and sitting out on one of the balconies with a coffee and the papers… a view of the sea and the south coast sun warming you as you enjoy the peace and tranquillity. Or before heading out in the evening to one of the local restaurants, watch the sun setting over the horizon as you enjoy a cool gin and tonic. Perfect!

The apartment is in Brighton Marina Village and is a perfect holiday spot. There are bars and restaurants on your doorstep and a walk along the boardwalk next to all the yachts gives a Mediterranean feel! You certainly couldn’t get closer to the sea and central Brighton is still easily accessible.

The apartment has its own garage. There is Wi-Fi broadband and Sky television channels and a PS3 with Blu-Ray.

From the Marina it is a pleasant walk along the coast road to the Pier, but if you don’t want to walk buses are very frequent and there’s a bus stop close by. There are restaurants and bars on the Marina itself so for a night out you wouldn’t even need to go into town. There are restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and pockets, but generally the Marina attracts a 25+ age bracket. The Seattle Hotel has a stylish wine bar and top quality restaurant overlooking the yachts and there are tapas and fish restaurants, a floating Chinese restaurant, an Indian restaurant, Café Rouge, Pizza Express, a great coffee house and patisserie… to name a mere few. If you want to self cater there is a large superstore just a few minutes walk away.

A description of the property

The apartment is decorated and finished to a very high standard throughout. There is beech wood flooring in the living area, black granite tiles in the kitchen and sumptuous carpet in the bedrooms. The furniture and accessories have been carefully chosen and colour co-ordinated to create a stylish place to stay, better than a show home! Each bedroom has its own luxury bathroom making this the perfect choice for a group of friends sharing.

The Hall
The apartment has a spacious hallway with an additional WC. Doors lead off from the hall to the kitchen and lounge/diner and there are stairs up to the bedrooms.

The Lounge/Diner
The lounge/diner has a large modern dining table with designer chairs which seats eight. There is a brown L-shaped leather sofa which is also a sofa bed that can either be a double bed or two single beds. There is an LCD tv with Sky, a dvd player and a PS3 with Blu-Ray. With crystal lighting, cushions and quality pictures the room has a very stylish and modern feel. There are doors which lead out onto the south facing balcony which has a table and chairs with uninterrupted views to the sea.

The Kitchen
The kitchen is beautifully finished with high gloss white units, glass worktops and chrome splashbacks and has a stylish breakfast bar with LED lighting underneath. It is fully equipped with everything you need should you wish to self cater with Neff and Bosch appliances including a dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The Bedrooms
There are three beautifully decorated bedrooms each with their own spacious and luxurious bathrooms and all have hairdryers and shaving points. Each room can be arranged with either king sized beds or 2 single beds and they are colour co-ordinated with cushions and throws and have LCD tvs with Freeview. Doors lead out onto the balconies overlooking the sea.

All bed linen and towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.

All electricity and gas costs are included.

If you would like champagne and flowers waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help.

Price for the property
From £595 to £1195.

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services, welcome grocery pack, champagne, etc all by arrangement with us.

We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
