The cottage is situated just a few hundred metres from the West Pier seafront and very close to The Brighton Centre, so it is ideal if you need to be in town for a conference or want to see a show. Close by there are numerous restaurants and cafes offering cuisine to suit all tastes and budgets, plus fashionable bars where you can enjoy drinks and cocktails in sumptuous surroundings. This truly is a perfect holiday spot next to the beach and with restaurants and nightlife within walking distance all around you.

A description of the property
The property has been stylishly decorated and refurbished to a high standard with quality furniture, fixtures and fittings in a traditional style. We provide everything for a home from home. There is wireless broadband.

Lounge/Diner
A very comfortable and homely room with quality leather sofas, lamps and accessories. There is a beautiful feature fireplace – perfect for a cosy family Christmas! The LCD tv has freeview channels and there is a dvd and cd player. The property has wireless broadband. There is a dining table with six leather dining chairs and French doors leading out onto the courtyard garden.

The Kitchen
Leading off from the lounge/diner is a traditional country style kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and everything you need to self cater. A window overlooks the courtyard garden and a door at the end leads outside.

Bathroom
At the top of the stairs is a beautifully finished bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle.

Next to the bathroom is an alcove that is a perfect storage area for luggage or a travel cot.

The Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is spacious and can easily accommodate a travel cot or z bed. It has a superking bed but can also be arranged as a twin room.

Bedroom 2
In the photos bedroom two is shown arranged as a twin but it can also be made up as a king size bed as all the beds in the house are orthopaedic zip and link as used in top hotels.
Both bedrooms are decorated neutrally and to a high standard. Both rooms have soft lighting , quality bed linen and towels. There are good quality fitted wardrobes in both.

Additional Information
Smoking is not allowed inside the property but you can of course smoke outside in the courtyard garden.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

All bed linen and towels are included in the price. These are changed on a weekly basis. All electricity and gas costs are included. The property has gas central heating.

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services, welcome grocery pack etc all by arrangement with us.

We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
