A description of the property
The house has been refurbished and decorated by an interior designer in a classic regency style. The furniture, fixtures and fittings are excellent quality, making this a very special place to stay. There is a spacious kitchen/dining room which is a great sociable space for a family. The property is on a quaint street which goes down to the seafront. Step out of the front door and look right and there is the sea! It is a very good sized family house, perfect for a holiday or a relocation. The top floor of the house would be an ideal nursery suite for a family with an aupair. This property also has wi-fi broadband connection. There is a private beautiful patio garden at the rear of the property. Parking is pay and display but there is free parking a few streets away if you want to leave your car there for the duration of your stay. If you are coming for a short break we may be able to provide visitor parking permits. This is a beautiful and comfortable home from home.

The Kitchen and dining area
A lovely, bright through room on the ground floor which has been opened out into a large, well equipped kitchen, and a sociable dining area seating six in comfort. The kitchen is particularly spacious, with bespoke units and a butler sink overlooking the garden, while also incorporating all modern necessities such as a dishwasher. There is separate utility room with a tumble dryer, washing machine and storage.
Family Bathroom
Spacious and generously proportioned, the luxurious main bathroom is on a half-landing up a short flight of stairs from the hallway. Beautifully
The Lounge
A magnificent room on the first floor, with a period fireplace and thoughtfully chosen classic furnishings. The main portion of this room is perfect for socialising or relaxing with a book or the television, and then there is a further area opening off here which is ideal for use as a study or office. There is a small balcony with oblique sea views from the full length windows.
The Master Bedroom
On the floor above this is the master bedroom suite. This continues the inviting classical theme of the house, with bedroom furniture that is in harmony with the regency architecture, and fine quality bed linen.
Bathroom
Next to the master bedroom is an amazing bathroom/shower room, fitted out with a high standard antique style suite and accessories. This is a very attractive room, which invites one to linger over a leisurely bath.
The top floor bedrooms
On the top floor of this property there are three bedrooms and a shower room with a WC. Two of these bedrooms are separated by panelled doors which can be opened out to create a versatile space which can be arranged as two small double or twin rooms, connected or not as desired. The third bedroom has a small built in bed, suitable for a child or small teenager.
The Garden
The patio garden at the rear of this property is charming and secluded. There is bench seating, as well as a table and chairs for lazy lunches and summer evenings. The garden is well stocked with a variety of plants and shrubs.
Additional Information
All bed linen and towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.
All electricity and gas costs are included.
If you would like champagne and flowers waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help.
