A description of the property
A perfectly formed neat and newly refurbished two bedroom apartment at the rear of a beautiful Regency building. (Please note there is no lift in the building.) Tastefully and neutrally decorated with lamps and pictures; a comfortable home from home.

The Lounge/Kitchen/Diner
This open plan room is neutrally decorated, furnished with an extendable dining table and a sofa bed. There is an LCD tv, dvd player and CD player and there is wireless broadband. The contemporary kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you need should you wish to self cater. There is a washer/dryer and microwave.

The Master Bedroom
A comfortably furnished room with a double bed and wardrobe.

The Bathroom
A clean contemporary white suite with a bath with a shower over it.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has a single bed with a pull out bed underneath so that it can be arranged as a double.

Additional information

All bed linen and towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.

All electricity and gas costs are included.

If you would like champagne and flowers waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help.

Pets are not accepted at this property.

This is a no smoking property as there is no outside area.

Price for the property
From £350 to £695 per week

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services, welcome grocery pack, champagne, etc all by arrangement with us.

We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
