his is stunning contemporary apartment with spectacular views. It is at the top of a Brighton hotel and has been used as a location for film and photographic shoots and featured in an interior design magazine. This is a truly special setting for a couple desiring a memorable Brighton experience. You can enjoy cocktails from your balcony as you watch the sun setting and luxuriate in the large white tub bath in the sumptuous bedroom. This apartment offers much more than a penthouse suite in a hotel yet at a fraction of the price. It is finished in a chic ultra cool white throughout. You can imagine being in a film yourself as you take the lift through the hotel up to your apartment! The town with its many award winning restaurants and bars is on your doorstep and the beach is across the road.

Useful Information
The apartment is approached via a lift in the hotel lobby. There is no parking with the apartment but we may be able to allocate a parking space next to the hotel for an additional charge. There is an NCP car park nearby also.

The Apartment
Beautifully dressed by an interior designer, the apartment has been finished in ultra chic white tones throughout. There is a welcoming living area with doors leading out onto a balcony, perfect for relaxing after an evening out in Brighton. At the other end of the room is a sociable open kitchen where you can prepare coffee and croissants in the morning whilst your partner reads the papers. There is tv with freeview channels, a dvd and cd player.

There is a large designer bath tub in the bedroom and next to the bedroom is a contemporary wet room with a large shower.

Why not have champagne and flowers waiting for your arrival? We can also buy pampering treatments, chocolates or other gifts so that you can surprise you partner. Just ask and we will be happy to arrange things for you to make it an extra special break.

Additional Information

Crisp, white bed linen and fluffy, white towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.

All electricity costs are included.

Pets are not accepted at this property. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services, champagne, etc all by arrangement with us.

We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
