eachdown House is a beautiful four storey interior designed house, just a pebble throw from the sea! It is in the heart of the fashionable and bohemian Kemp Town district just a few minutes walk to the Palace Pier and within easy walking distance of restaurants, nightlife and all that Brighton has to offer. The beach is just 50 metres away at the end of the road making this a super choice for a group of friends coming for the weekend as everything is so close by!

The house comfortably sleeps 10 people over four floors and has been designed, decorated and furnished to a high standard making it a very comfortable home from home for you while you are in Brighton.

A description of the property
This is a beautiful home from home with stylish wallpapers and accessories. There are four bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and a new high gloss fully equipped kitchen. There is broadband Wi-fi at the property.

Ground Floor
At street level you enter the leaving room area with comfy seating, large sofa bed, LCD television with Sky channels, i-pod dock and wireless broadband. To the rear of the room there is a dining area that has an extending table that can accommodate 10.
The room is very stylishly decorated, has walnut wood flooring and has been furnished with attention to detail, making it a very comfortable place to relax with a glass of wine while everyone gets ready before heading out into Brighton!

Lower Ground Floor
On the lower ground floor there is a newly fitted stylish kitchen that has high gloss white units, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and everything you need to self cater. With so many restaurants and cafes all around you’ll probably never need to use the kitchen though! From the kitchen there is a door to a small enclosed patio area making it convenient for smokers because, as with all our properties, we have a strict no smoking policy within the house itself.
Also on this floor is a twin bedroom with designer wallpaper and pretty accessories. The beds can be arranged a double if preferred.

Top two floors
Stairs lead to the first floor and bedroom 1 which has a designer wallpaper, and is a double room but it can also be arranged as a twin. This room has its own ensuite shower and loo. Next to this is a beautifully finished family bathroom. This has mosaic tiling, a double his and hers sink unit and a bath with an overhead shower.

Up another flight of stairs to the eaves of the house and there are two more bedrooms, one double and one twin. Both are beautiful rooms with designer wallpaper and attractive oak beams.

All the bedrooms have storage and cupboard space and each room has its own hairdryer.

Additional Information
For the two people sleeping on the sofa bed if there are ten staying, we do provide the bedding but obviously sofa beds will not be made up ready as the sofa will be used for sitting on!

All beds have Egyptian white cotton sheets and one bath towel and one hand towel is provided per guest, with additional hand towels in the bathrooms.

If you are staying longer than a week bed linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis and we can also arrange for a cleaner for you at a small additional cost.

All electricity and gas costs are included. The property has gas central heating.

If you would like champagne, chocolates, flowers or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself please let us know and we can arrange this for you. With prior arrangement we can also arrange for a beautician to come for an evening of manicures and pedicures.

Price for the property

We hold a £500 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full after your departure providing there are no major breakages/damage or extra cleaning.
