It is situated just across the road from the West Pier seafront and very close to The Brighton Centre, so it is ideal if you need to be in town for a conference or want to see a show. Close by there are numerous restaurants and cafes offering cuisine to suit all tastes and budgets, plus fashionable bars and quality pubs where you can enjoy drinks and cocktails in sumptuous surroundings. This truly is a perfect holiday spot next to the beach and with nightlife within walking distance all around you and yet it is tucked away at the back away from all the hustle and bustle and road noise.
Nearby there is a Sainsbury’s Express, Waitrose plus a superb independent food store and deli so if you want to self cater it is very easy. With all the restaurants, cafes and delis around you though, the kitchen may never need to be used!
A description of the property
I can’t help it I’m going to have to use the phrase, “compact and bijou” because this truly is! The studio is on the fourth floor of a block with lift access and is at the back of the building which means it is very quiet.
The property is painted white throughout and has a floating ceiling with hidden lighting creating a romantic atmosphere. The studio has been furnished in an Art Deco style with carefully chosen pieces and a bespoke stylish leather sofa bed in cream with black piping which contrasts beautifully against the sumptuous black carpet.
As you enter the studio there is a hall with large mirrored cupboards hiding all the bedding yet big enough to fit all your things plus there is a washer dryer. In front is the kitchen which has quality units and is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. The lounge is spacious and the sofa becomes a large very comfortable double bed
Off to the side is the newly fitted bathroom with mosaic tiling and a contemporary bath and shower suite.
Additional Information
The property is no smoking. Due to the size and lack of outside space pets are not accepted.
All bed linen and towels are included in the price. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.
All heat and electric costs are included. There is a private car park near to the property and we can arrange for your car to be parked there at a discounted rate or there is an NCP car park just next to the property the corner where you can buy a weekly ticket. You will not need to use your car during your stay as everything is within walking distance.
If you would like champagne and chocolates waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help.
Price for the property

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services, welcome grocery pack etc all by arrangement with us.
We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
